Tech was friendly, professional, and courteous. This was his 2nd visit to my home and both times I was very happy with the service provided and the Tech’s work. Highly recommend Kidder.

As a local Business owner I have had the pleasure of knowing this family owned business for several years...a year or so back when my facility was in need of an upgraded heating and cooling system I was pleased to have Kidder come in and give me a fair quote and do an install in a very timely manner and work around my hours of operation as to not interrupt the flow of daily business....all work was performed and inspections done by the city in a timely manner....fast forward a year and the system goes down...Motor failure...and as one would expect it was just outside the warranty time...no worries...Kidder identified the issue and was able to get a new motor and then then bill came...not really...Kidder took care of everything including labor and said "Have a great day we got this under our own warranty" I am very pleased with their service and also take advantage of other savings they offer through their maintenance program!!!

This is the second home we've had a furnace replaced in and both times Bryan kidder has made it a good experience , we've used kidder for several years and never had a problem, all of their techs are top notch and courteous, Calvin and Brock did an amazing job installing our new furnace this time bad weather and all thanks again

My furnace was cleaned and checked to make sure any problems any could be avoided and to comply with the yearly check-up of the unit that was purchased from them. Service man was very polite and efficient .

I had kidder replace a gas log set with a sealed gas fireplace insert. Bryan came out, measured, and showed me which insert would work. About a month later the install was performed by two technicians who protected the work area and performed the install. They also took care of the permitting process and the city inspector showed up about a week later and found no issues. A great experience.
