Nate was friendly and very knowledgeable about how to fix our broken air conditioner. He found two unrelated issues and was able to get it up and running by the end of the night. We really appreciate that he was able to fix it at 7:30 at night! We will definitely be using Kidder in the future!! Thank you!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I needed a simple 3 inch Tee replaced from the furnace to the stack that goes out of the roof. 420.00 was the quoted price!! I called the office and the young lady that answered the phone was of no help and apparently there was no one to discuss it with. The service is out of Marshall the part was 40 dollars! So its kind of extortion right? I have to figure in the 89 service call and the two hours of work I lost before deciding it wasnt about money it was principle. Here is your warning be prepared to be shocked by your cost estimate once the technician arrives on site. the service call should cover 30 minutes of labor which is what it would take to put this in. 40 for the part where does 420.00 come from?

I had another company come out to service my a/c unit and he thought after replacing 2 parts that it was the compressor that was bad so he put all the bad parts back on and suggested I call the company that had installed it due to it possibly being under warranty. That company was Kidders and although the warranty did not transfer they were able to send someone out and after correcting all the wiring that had been done incorrectly by the first company Chris replaced the capacitor and we have a/c again. Chris was very professional and answered any questions that we had. Will definitely stick with Kidders for our heating/cooling issues.

Yes this was my second experience with Nabil I once again enjoyed having him as my technician. He's very good at what he knows and do. I feel I can trust him to take care of my unit as if it was his very own.

First off customer services is very good! That said, there are some serious problems with price gauging! They came out checked central air unit. Said compacitor was bad cost $271. We bought the capacitor off amazon for $16 it took me all of 5 minutes to replace. Sad part lights dim after there check. They dim the whole time the a/c unit runs now. It also wont even cool a bedroom when they said it works properly!!

Kidder Heating and Air does a great job. Chris came out to fix the furnace yesterday and it required a part to be ordered. Kidder called the next day to say they had the part and Chris came out and fixed it. Great service!!!

Our service professional, Chris, was friendly and helpful in assessing our issue, and completed the entire fix in a timely manner. Very considerate of our home and our time, and communication with office staff was very professional!
