Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and they came right out and fixed it. It was a frigid 14 degrees outside so we appreciated the quick fix

We recently had Kidder install a new gas fireplace. We would recommend them to anyone. We felt all the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They always took care of protecting our home. They were all very courteous and conscientious. Thanks guys for a job well done!

We had an emergency situation in which we required immediate service. The lady on the phone was courteous and professional , She dispatched the team immediately. upon arrival the gentlemen diagnosed the problem, explained what it would take to fix it, concisely. The gentlemen acquired the part, installed it, and cleaned up. After inspecting the furnace, observations were made by the gentlemen on how to proceed forward as our furnace is extremely old. All done in a professional manner with no high pressure sales talk. Overall a great outcome to a bad situation. My deepest thanks to Kidder Heating for a job well done. You have my loyalty.

Chris was the best. He called me to make appt in a good time frame. He showed up as soon as possible from other jobs. He found the problem right off, and showed it to me explaining the problem, and explained the price with me, and gave me options to consider. He was very nice, and friendly when explaining things. I thought he did a great job! He deserves a raise! 😁

Called late evening and received prompt service. Our technician, Chris, was prompt, quick to diagnose, and repairs were completed in a timely and effective fashion. Nice to see that the parts were "on the truck" so needless waiting for parts shipping and a second call were avoided. This service is exactly what you hope for as a homeowner in need of professional service!

Replaced an inducer, that was under warranty. Charged $332.00 for Labor only. The service person wasn't even in the house for 30 minutes! When I called to ask about the fee, I was asked for name and number and they would get back to me. Never heard back! Have used them for years and have had no problems. After looking around and getting estimates from other places, this is definitely way above the normal rate.

I wasn’t very familiar with the process concerning my annual furnace and water heater inspection. I called Kidder and literally from the first initial call, I knew I was in good hands. Then comes the icing on the cake, Chris Bennet. On the day of the inspection Chris made me feel so comfortable as I asked a ton of questions to gain understanding. He was so patient and always explained things in a way I could understand. I thank you for being so kind Chris. Not only are you professional, knowledgeable, and punctual, you’re a very kind soul. SAVE YOUR $$$ AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Called for tune up and was told I needed service call. Technician said I needed new nozzle which he replaced. I was charged $89 for service call plus $214 to replace the nozzle ($9 part at hardware store which I replaced last year myself). I was advised I would need a couple of new parts in the future and they quoted me over $1000 for 2 parts. I found the 2 parts online from the original manufacturer for $44.95 + tax. Have several wealthy friends that live in Marshall and they ALL told me use anybody else besides Kidder. I see why now

I highly recommend Kidder Htg and AC. We received great service, very polite and thorough workers. They were punctual, and squeezed us into their busy schedule and explained what the problem was and the repair details. Better yet they either removed or covered their work boots instead of walking on the carpeted stairs. These guys are our go-to for any heating, or cooling needs. Very fair priced as well.
