    Called at 12 at night, no heat. Repair man showed up around 1:30 am and fixed my issues. Pricey but I am very satisfied with the service. They will forever be my go to service.

    Did not bring necessary equipment to do a service call yet, determined the cost of repair would be over $1,000 for two parts or over $500 a new ? . However, another found out it was simply a short in the wiring and everything works fine now.

    Have been with Kidders for many years and am very satisfied. Had central air installed a year ago and they were very kind to explain to me the different ones and so I purchased the right one for my home..I gave them 5 stars..Just had Nabli come to check my A/C and he was very professional and took his time to do it right..Answered my questions etc..I would give a 5 star rating him for him..

    Nabil came to service my furnace and also my April Air humidifier..he is so polite and took his time to explain things to me about how to tell when batteries are low on the thermostat ..I also asked him about some other issues and he took his time to explain them also. I would certainly give him a 5 star rating.

    Sold me too small of a unit to heat and cool my house. They did not explain that you have to pay a monthly fee for their warranty to be honored. Just an overall bad experience would definitely not recommend them. Call around we went with first estimate and are paying for it big time.

    I called Kidder on Saturday morning at 8:00 am with a “no heat” emergency. Rob, the Technician, called me back directly. I was 2 hours away and explained to Rob that I was on my way to the property. Rob was GREAT!!, so calm and confident over the phone to re-assure us that he would show up and take care of it. I’ve been in construction all my life and therefore highly doubted anyone would show up on a Saturday morning, short notice. Rob DID!!!
    Rob corrected the malfunction and had the heat on in no time. So we’ve signed up for an excellent Annual Maintenance routine with Kidder. I look forward to a long relationship with kidder for all of my HVAC needs.
