I have had 10 technicians come to my home to correct problems from installation to servicing my new furnace since having it installed in January 2022. This company’s employees lead me on a ghost hunt and having to remodel a bedroom searching for cold air that was leaking into my home after they installed a furnace and AC unit. Three technicians came out and each one informed me they could not find any leaks. After my son caught a cold from the cold air leaking into his bedroom, I decided to search for the cold air. I started removing dry wall from the walls of his bedroom. When I removed the drop ceiling leading to the high efficiency pipe they installed from the inside of my home to the outside, I could clearly feel the air and see sun light. When I removed the installation the installers replaced after drilling an oversized hole in my house. I found the huge hole that I could actually stick my hand through. I also found another hole where the installers drilled to install the GFI. They installed the GFI plug and box 6 feet from the ground leaving an oversized hole on the side of my house. Must mentioned the GFI failed my Township’s inspection twice. The Township also ordered them to lower the GFI from being installed 6 feet up the wall of my house and had them installed it behind the AC unit which they installed. The night my furnace was installed it was installed improperly. After the installers left, my furnace ran long enough for them to leave and that same night the coldest and snowiest day in January 2022, after having my heat off all day due to the install, I had to call Randazzo after midnight to have a technician come out because my furnace stopped working. When the Technician arrived and looked at the furnace he could not stop apologizing. He stated that several things were installed incorrectly and that was the worst install he had ever seen. He rigged the furnace so I would have heat that night. The next day another technician came and turned off my heat for several hours leaving us in the cold another half day while he corrected the errors from the original installers. Since having my install, each time someone came out they have had to repair something. On 09/24/2022 I turned on my furnace and it did not come on. I called Randazzo and they sent out Mr. Lincoln, who removed the well secured furnace covers and found a birds nest in my blower and dead burned maggots in the furnace. Mr. Lincoln was very professional, friendly and honest, really like this guy. He vacuumed out all of the burned maggots and replaced the blower. Today 10/07/2022 sitting watching TV and felt cold. Had the thermostat set to 71 was reading 68 degrees. I immediately called Randazzo and was surprised Mr. Lincoln had been dispatched to come back to my home. When he arrived he stated I hope that bird has not put another nest in there. We both laughed. Mr. Lincoln indicated that the furnace was coming on, lighting at the first two chambers and cutting off. He worked on my furnace for a few hours and could not repair it, leaving my family without heat. Truly not mad at Mr. Lincoln because he came out and tried to get us heat and indicated the furnace will need several parts. He apologized and left looking sadder than I felt because he was leaving my family without any heat. I paid $7000 cash to have a high efficiency furnace and AC unit installed in my home and have had nothing but problems with the furnace. Randazzo has only patched up one issue after another. My AC worked extremely well and I noticed a huge difference in the comfort level in my home. My furnace on the other hand has giving me problems from day one and now we are using electric heaters to heat my home when I have a furnace that is less than 1 years old. Must also admit Randazzo did give me $200 and replacement filters for the trouble of having to remodel my son’s bedroom after looking and finding two huge holes their employees left in my home. Mr. Lincoln is very professional, honest, hard working, and go above and beyond the call of duty.

We bought a mini-split system in spring 2023 and they did the install well, but my wife didn't like the looks of the line-hides in the back or the larger unit on our main floor. They were kind enough to come back two weeks later and uninstall the larger unit and the line-hides. Fantastic customer support, pricing, and workmanship.

We had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed in just one day!!! They took all the old equipment, cleaned up everything and were polite and easy to work with. The salesman was low pressure and even offered a senior discount!! Randazzo was excellent from start to finish. 5 stars!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Tim did the annual HVAC and heating tune up and did a great job. He walked me through the details of what he was trying to get from the units and explaining how to get even better measurements. He is a very nice and methodical technician that I will recommend getting your service job done from. Looking forward to seeing him in the next one and to continue working with Randazzo.

First of all the salesman came out for the estimate and was very friendly and professional. After spending some time learning our needs and wants he did not immediately hit us for the top of line most expensive furnace/hvac but instead recommended the middle of the road model that fit us best and even was able to apply a couple discounts. He never pressured us into choosing one of the options, he simply let us know what three packages would fit our needs best and after I asked him recommendation he pointed out the mid package and explained why.

Installation came a couple days later and they arrived right on time and were super professional and courteous. They were aware that my wife and I were both working from home that day and they did a fantastic job of trying to keep the noise down to minimum and didn’t interrupt us at all. They found a couple things that were not up to code but could easily be fixed and they pointed those out and offered to correct them as they were easily corrected which I agreed and they corrected those and brought up to code without looking like a hack job just to get it done. 8 hours later everything was installed and tested and they walked me through how to use everything and maintenance and was happy to answer the couple of questions I had.

It was a little more expensive than heating/cooling places in the area but the experience from start to finish was well worth the little extra. I highly recommend!

Max and Nick went above and beyond any service I have ever received from anyone! They were professional and VERY thorough to get my heat back on 2 days before Christmas. They refused to leave until I had heat. After much research and frustration it turned out to be a birds nest jammed in the air flow and not the furnace at all! I was very impressed with Max and Nick. I would recommend them to everyone! Below is a picture of the huge birds nest.

They were very knowledgeable and could easily explain how to operate the systems in simplified terms. Their work was completed efficiently and my house was extremely clean after work was completed. I would highly recommend!

I was talking to my son and said how much I love Randazzo from the moment you call to the technicians. Very organized and business like company. The technician Patrick who I have had twice is amazing, very thorough, knows his work and explained in detail. I will recommend Randazzo fully. Carolyn K
