Wish all service providers in America worked like this. Very honest and amazing crew. I got to interact with different departments of the company in the process of installing my two new HVAC units and everyone was amazing. Sales advisor Tramal Hughes was very honest and gave us the right advice.
The finance dept was as efficient as they could be!
The scheduling and Installation crew was great as well, went above and beyond on a bad weather day and fully got it done.
Overall, an exemplary company to work with!

Roger did a fantastic job! He took the time to educate me on the key mechanical operating features of my furnace. Roger was personable, engaging and knowledgeable. I only hope that he comes back when it's time to service my HVAC in the spring.

Excellent service. Mr Howard came very late on an urgent Friday night call which we placed when our a/C stopped working when it was over 80•. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the faulty filter and provided us instructions on the care of the unit. We were very happy with his services!

Every aspect of their service was outstanding. From our salesman Dennis who was knowledgable, friendly and not high pressure.. it was a pleasure to deal with him. The installation team of Julien and Robert did an outstanding job in installing our new furnace and air conditioning unit. Both were extremely knowledgeable,pleasant and friendly. They explained everything we needed to know about our new units and did all the work in a timely manner. Based in my experience with Randazzo's, I would highly recommend them.

I know Randazzos has a lot of positive reviews, and they did a great job installing my new AC and furnace. But when they have to run a wire through the ceiling of your basement, don't expect them to put all the panels back in the ceiling. Something like this would make me think twice about using their services again. You would think for the amount of money that you paid for a whole new HVAC system, you won't have to spend the morning installing panels back into your ceiling and getting fiderglass all over yourself. They also leave their mess.

Both Alex and Joe went above and beyond my expectations. They were a great team that worked tirelessly, while answering every question I had in understandable detail. My new HVAC system looks amazing.

A year ago, we had a mini-split cooling/heating system installed in our home. The installation team was superb—personable, accommodating, professional, efficient, thorough. Same goes for the service tech team. Not long after the installation, service tech Doug was dispatched to our home to investigate an issue that ultimately required the better part of a day to resolve. Throughout, he never wavered in his confidence, never expressed frustration, communicated clearly and fully, responded to every question and concern with grace. He worked out a creative solution and, with the assistance of another outstanding technician, Tom, executed it superbly.

I bought a furnace, a/c unit, a hot water heater, humidifier and an air scrubber. The crew showed up on time. Everybody was professional and respectful. The quality was great. The guys even cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would definitely recommend this company. I ordered it and it was put in within a couple of days. I will definitely use this company again.
