I waited for the final city inspection to post a review, and here it is. From beginning to end, the installation process went fine. Everything is working great, the workmanship was top notch. Highly recommend this company. There was flat rate pricing from the beginning, no hidden fees, and the pricing was great. I'm very happy

I have had nothing but a good experience and quality products from Randazzo. They installed my furnace the next day since it was the dead of winter and I had a newborn at home. I called Sunday night. They came on Monday, took measurements and discussed options and they were there installing my complete HVAC system on Tuesday at 8 am. With there yearly free maintenance and professional service techs I wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Thanks Randazzo

Dropping large sums of money on HVAC is never fun and usually is a pain This was easy from the start. Called a tech out Monday, sales person was out Tuesday, had a new A/C and furnace installed that Wednesday.
Professional and courteous. After they cleaned up everything was spotless.

Patrick arrived later than planned BUT the office called to inform me and asked if I needed to reschedule. I realize things happen and it worked with my schedule to keep the appointment. When Patrick arrived he was very professional. He had all the equipment needed to take care of all my concerns. He took the time to educate me and answered all my questions.

We got our furnace replaced by Randazzo after discovering that Air Masters installed original furnace 3 years ago incorrectly. Heat exchanger went bad and found out that they needed 24” to remove, which was impossible since front of furnace was 13” from brick wall. Therefore the entire furnace needed to be flipped 180 degrees to remove bad heat exchanger. Long story short, Randazzo recently purchased Air Master, and stood by us as a warranty customer. Also did some cosmetic repairs to our floor and wall. Now our new furnace is installed correctly, and I would recommend Randazzo to anyone. They did a great job, and stood by us to make everything right. This showed us character and customer satisfaction that rarely exists these days. Thanks to everyone for your great support!

Installed home generator. Mike and crew did an incredible job installing my whole house generator. All were professional and their workmanship was outstanding. Very, very pleased.

Recently our 17-year old, slightly undersized, central air conditioner lost its ability to cool our 2,500 square foot house, even on mildly warm Michigan summer days.

I reached out to Alex at Randazzo Heating & Cooling, and he asked me a few diagnostic questions before dispatching Tim to do an on-site analysis and estimation. Tim was congenial, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in detail. Tim pointed out some weaknesses in our system, that were the result of the builder using standardized solutions rather than more customized solutions, and a couple where the previous home owner had modified the duct work in a way that did not serve the house well. Tim provided three different estimates, allowing us to have a range of options. Something that I had not considered was that I did not need a top-of-the line, super high efficiency air conditioner in Michigan, and that a more modest one would work as well for a much more affordable price point.

After selecting the option that fit our needs, I reached out to Jessica in the installation scheduling department, and arranged for a date three weeks out. Later, Jessica reached out to us, as a much earlier appointment opened up - saving us a lot of uncomfortable days and nights.

The day of installation, a crew of three - Jeremy, Daniel, and Robert - showed up just before 9:00 AM (we live out in the country), and worked nearly non-stop until 6:00 PM to get our old furnace and air conditioner removed, and install the new ones. Some changes to our duct work were done, along with installing new equipment. They were polite and conscientious about protecting our doors and walls as the old equipment was removed and the new brought in. Periodically, I would pop in on them to observe the progress. They always paused their work to politely answer all my questions. Once they were finished, they cleaned up the work areas, putting them back to pristine conditions. Jeremey took the time to walk me through the operation and maintenance of the new furnace. Robert guided me through the configuration of the new iComfort thermostat, and explained its features and options well. Daniel took the time to answer my questions about the AC unit in depth.

After the work was done, Alex checked on everything went, and answered a few more of my questions.

All in all, I had an exceptionally good experience with Randazzo’s entire crew and process, which took some of the sting out of the cost of replacing our HVAC system (always painful for any homeowner).

The upstairs of our two-story home now stays within a degree or two of the 1st floor, and cooling is not wasted on the basement, as it was due to questionable design of the original (builders) system. I am sure we will pleased with the furnace when winter arrives, but I cannot comment on it at this time.

Overall, we are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Randazzo Heating & Cooling.

Lincoln, from Randazzo Maintenance Team, was cordial and professional. He went directly to work checking out my air conditioning unit and furnace. He made helpful suggestions for routine maintenance. Actually, I would not expect anything less from this company.
