Nick showed me that the service that I have been paying monthly or on was not being done and that my furnace is being damaged from a leak the previous owners did not do anything about or even inform me about. They did not honor their service agreement. Hopefully Randazzo will honor the contract and repair my furnace.

What a great job these guys did. The communication was top notch, the technology is superior. The craftsmanship is untouchable. I recommend randazzos to anyone. From the sales team, to helping with financing options, to the calls at every turn, down to the installations, and the quality equipment they use, this is the place.

The technician, Nicholas was great. He was professional and did a great job with the maintenance of my AC unit. Answered all my questions and gave me some good tips to maintain the unit. Have had good experiences with Randazzo. Would definitely recommend them.

The crew was on time, worked quietly, they were polite, answered all my questions and worked straight for eight hours. They cleaned up after themselves. Better yet, I called fir an estimate and the next day I had the install. Amazing.

Randazzo installed a top tier HVAC system in my home in June of last year. Today was my first annual maintenance visit. Greg was a knowledgeable, thorough tech who checked and cleaned EVERYTHING, including the coils on the outside compressor unit. I paid only for the furnace filter and humidifier pad, which were priced well. My overall experience with Randazzo and the Lennox equipment has far exceeded my expectations. I'm a perfectionist and I like to ask a lot of questions...these guys and gals were here for me through every step. Highly recommend Randazzo for your HVAC needs. Mr. Howard was very professional very courteous of property. He explained everything he was doing prior to maintenance. Took pictures before and after to show the dirt that had accumulated on the air conditioner condenser outside he also advise how to maintain until next service appointment.
