Suburban was the third company I called and while I understand with the recent heat everyone is super busy Suburban was the only one who seemed genuinely concerned that my home was eighty degrees and rising. They said they would see if someone could come even though their schedule was full. My AC was fixed and running again within an hour.

The team has always been a professional group with me, responded with a sense of urgency to a malfunctioning heater and AC unit in the same year, and recommended the proper equipment for replacement when needed. The techs dont beat around the bush and really know their trade!

I would strongly recommend Suburban Heating & Cooling to anyone that needs their furnace or a/c serviced! They are all very polite and do excellent quality work in a timely fashion!

Installed new airconditioner and furnace in a difficult small space in my home. Hank and Ken were pleasant, careful to cover floors and cleaned the area after a long day of hard work. Price was very reasonable in comparison with two other quotes. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and familly. Thank you for accommodating all my special space requests to give me more room in the utlity room.

3 installs in 2 different houses and outstanding work in each time. We have been very happy with the units. Their service has been outstanding and well rarely needed, which speaks to the quality of the installs.

Not happy with the person who came out nor the company. Needed an HVAC inspection done. He couldn't really explain why he couldn't pass us. He stated that, "he knew what to look for" and his recommendation was to replace the entire HVAC system or suggested that we get another company to come out and they will probably pass it, but he did not have the confidence to pass/fail so he told us to replace the entire system. $119 down the drain. Called another company and it passed, when going down to look at the furnace, the suburban professional put suburban stickers all over the furnace.

I left a poor review after asking if $89 diagnostic fee goes toward total bill and being told no. A gentleman called me and told me that the $89 is specifically if no services are performed. The Diagnostic fee does go toward the overall bill.

Unfortunately I ended up going a different route but I appreciate that an effort was made to rectify the miscommunication. Nothing beats good customer service in my opinion.

Suburban did an excellent job replacing my water tank. They even replaced my loose and rusted piping at no extra cost. I am very pleased with Suburban Heating.
