My family has been using Suburban Heating & Cooling for many years. During that time they had installed furnaces & air conditioners in our homes. They have also maintained them for us. I can’t say enough about the prompt friendly service. The employees at Suburban Heating & Cooling are knowledgeable and hard working. My family & I would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

Great company. I needed a furnace and also did AC and water heater since all were 20-30 years old. I expressed issues with a cold family room and Doug recommended a variable speed always on blower. The room is indeed much more comfortable now. This put me into an HE unit which costs more, but DTE and Consumers rebates and not needing a chimney liner (for HE) offset most of the extra cost. Sherry was very helpful handling rebates and registrations promptly. The installers did a good job and were very professional. They also include 5 year labor warranty which is longer than some others.

Very nice and professional people in this company. I got people to come for estimate, gave us different options. Installed furnace as scheduled and of course it's the coldest day. They followed up with their work. Sheri did all the paperwork with the rebates, she also helps with any other questions even not related to this installation. Great Service!

In 1992, Suburban Heating and Cooling installed a new HVAC system in my large colonial home. I always remembered the exceptional installation they performed. Fast forward to Friday, January 10, 2020. We've long since moved to a new home. Consumer's Power says we need a new furnace -- I call Suburban Heating and Cooling and in seconds they located my old file in their computer. A few hours later I am meeting with them in my home and developing a plan for 2 new HVAC systems, customized for the unique heating (and especially cooling) needs of our very large, South facing home. As promised, 2 trucks and a team of 4 installers are in my drive before 8 am on Monday. We have heat on Monday and the AC is completed Tuesday. The technicians were amazing as was the total clean-up; same goes for office support from Sherry. Big Thanks to Keith Anderson and the Suburban Heating and Cooling Team!! 5 Stars and Highly Recommended!!

I used Suburban in 2003 for a new AC unit and furnace and the price and installation were both great.

I had to use them again in 2018 at our new house and once again everything, including the people at the office were outstanding.

Our furnace went out over the weekend, so Monday I started calling around to get estimates on new furnaces. Suburban was the only one who was able to come out the same day and give me an estimate and install one the same week, yesterday to be exact. We couldn't be more happy with the service we received from suburban, our new furnace is so quiet we can't even tell it's running.

The first and last only place for your heating and cooling needs. The Staff is A+++++++++. We had a new AC Unit and Thermostat installed and the from the advice, price, scheduling and professional installers were amazing. I cannot explain how easy Sherry made setting up the appointment (quickly) and the Installers Nick and Ken installed our new unit with great professional manner. Please give them a chance I promise you won't be sorry.

Don’t want to make this too long. Just letting you know that this is simply the best place ever. All three workers were professional, kind and friendly. While furnace installed. Great price. Hope the boss rads this your employees are A1! Will never use anyone else. Some local companies say there “family”. Sometimes families get to big for their shoes. USE this company you won’t be sorry.

Honest company and they are perfectionists when it comes to HVAC/R. Top notch installers and HONEST salesman. Service team is highly knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have any other company install my HVAC equipment besides SUBURBAN. The owners Keith and John go above and beyond for their customers!! Highly recommend!!
