Suburban Heating & Cooling

Our air went out late last night we called this morning to have someone come look at it, thanks so much for having a technician out here by 12 today!! Problem was fixed before he left, highly recommended. Very friendly & reliable company

My boiler went out yesterday, NO HEAT! My neighbor suggested I call Suburban H&C. I thought oh here it comes, they are going to try and sell me a new unit. I am skeptical of contractors in general, as past experience has proven that most contractors are out to sell their products and not interested in the servicing of existing appliances.
I did call Suburban and I am so happy I did... The repair man, Joe was out right away, prompt, professionally groomed and uniformed. He inspected my boiler and quickly determined it was the gas valve . Joe had the part in his van, so no waiting for parts. Joe replaced the valve, gave me some valuable tips on how to utilize the zones to reduce my gas bills. I highly recommend this company.

Doug did our estimate, promised no headaches or add expense- simple as that! Hank and Billy showed up on time. Very pleasant and courteous. Treated our home as though it was there own. Laid out runners to keep carpet clean ect.. The job was a difficult one as we are on a crawl, probably not as much room to work as they were anticipating, a lot of belly crawling ect. Not an easy task as I Have done the same. They were replacing refrig line set for our new A/C install. Not one negative comment, not a single complaint. Just a can do attitude. True professionals from start to finish. You simply DO NOT find this kind of professional work ethic easily anymore. We did not pay a dime more than our estimate!These guys are the real deal!! From Sherri in the front office to Doug our salesman to Hank and Billy our install team, simply top notch! Keith and John have been in business this long for a reason. They take pride in taking care of their customers from start to finish and it shows from top to bottom. Well done!!

Called to have my AC unit looked at last week. The person who took my call assured me that nothing could be done to fix it. I found this pretty amazing since I never explained what was wrong with it. Yet they still insisted they didn't have the parts for it. As unwilling as they were to send out a service technician they were more than willing to send out a sales rep to give me a quote on a new unit. Apparently the previous homeowner had used this company to install their furnace and central air, and they still had my address on file. They actually asked if they could update my info as if I would ever consider using them after they were so quick to blow me off. Luckily another company was able to come out and quickly diagnose and fix my problem.

Not one to write reviews but Suburban Heating & Cooling truly deserves it.

We have a 13 yr old ac unit that we were trying to help last another year or so. We called for the $89 tune up just for peace of mind, not thinking it would actually be worth anything. This unit made a loud grinding noise when it stopped since we bought the house 5 yrs ago. It's had several service calls by other companies and we were told that's how the older units operate.

We didn't even mention this to the technician, we let him look at it and he cleaned it out said our freon level was good (spent $400 last summer for a weekend emergency call because freon was low). This unit now stops like a normal unit and doesn't sound like you need to run for cover anymore! I have no idea what he did but it was worth every penny.

The lady in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful when booking the appointment due to our crazy schedules

Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

I have 10 rental properties and my own home & Sheri in the office always provides great service and accurate timing information. Sean just repaired a furnace in one of the rentals and took extra time to explain what he did and answer all my questions. I'm sure he was busy and I know I wasn't his only customer but it still felt like it.

They were so quick and easy to work with. Realistic on options and fair pricing. It was a pleasure to have them come to my home and install my new ac after trying all they could to fix the old. I will use them again.

Shawn was great and taught me a lot. I just moved in this home and seen there sticker on the furnace so i called them and they came the next morning and were priced very reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone. Thanks suburban heating and cooling.
