Jason and Billy installed a new furnace in my home last year as well as a new A/C and humidifier this week. Suburban has very fair pricing, quality work. The guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Good warranty policy too. Thanks again.

Appreciate Chris's assistance in getting my dads A/C unit repaired quickly during the recent heat wave. My dad is elderly, has breathing problems and just got out of the hospital. Suburban was extremely busy with the heat wave and recent shortage of parts due to the Covid. Chris made my dad a priority repair and he got next day service.

The A/C technician (Shawn) was extremely professional and got the repair done in short order. He let me know via a call when he was on his way which helped in me being able to get to my dads.

Suburban installed my complete heating and cooling system about 8-years ago and did an outstanding job for a reasonable price.

There always there to assist when you need them and never disappoint. I always recommend this company to family and friends when there shopping for a system/repairs.

From the first call to the finish of installation, everyone at Suburban went above and beyond to get our furnace replaced ASAP. Sherri and Doug in the office helped us with the financing and the team of installers walked us through everything they were doing. We had talked to a couple of other companies but none of them told us about any rebates we would qualify for. Sherri at Suburban not only told me about them, she sent the paperwork with the installers, AND handled sending them in!! They are an amazing group!!

I had a service call on my furnace in October, which was 20 years old. Doug, the service technician was very helpful and explained the issues. I ended up purchasing a new Bryant furnace. When installed the guys did a great job, answered all my questions and the clean up was excellent. Sherry, from the office, made it so easy --as she handled all the warranty and rebates. If I have any other issues, Suburban will be my first call.

Shawn gave me a very fair quote and talked over the different options to find what AC unit would work best. Jason and Joe came by today to install the unit and did such a great job! They kept me updated on their progress during the install because I mentioned that I had to leave by a certain time. I never felt uncomfortable with any of them in the house even though I was by myself. I am so pleased with my experience! Also it is always nice to speak with Sherry when I call. A great company that I plan to use for a long time!

We have had this company do work for us for the last 35 years. Today we had them put in a new hot water heater but we have had them install new air conditioners, replacement furnaces and air filters and we couldn’t be more pleased. They do excellent work, clean up after themselves and have a good people that are nice and we respect their advice. We recommend them highly. Thank you Surban!

We have lived with a builder's special furnace and AC unit since we moved in to our home. We had been wanting to purchase new units for quite some time. My parents referred us to Suburban heating and cooling in Livonia. Even with the extremely hot summer we've had (and I'm sure they have been very busy!), Jon Anderson came out the same day that I called to give us an estimate. Not only are we eligible for a DTE rebate on both units, he gave us a referral discount as well. He quoted us an honest price, and we had both units installed the following week.

The technicians, Shawn, Ken and Nick were prompt on the morning we had our units installed. It was a day job. They were very friendly and efficient in their work. They did a very neat, clean job. Their clean-up of the old units was impeccable. I would not have even noticed that they were there. Shawn, Nick and Ken were very kind and helpful in explaining the old unit's drawbacks (a very thin heat exchanger that was sure to crack soon, low energy efficient units, etc.), the new unit's efficiencies (AC/DC motors, high efficiency, etc.), how to use the new humidifier and thermostat, and overall nice guys who work hard and know their stuff.

I'm pleased with the products that we purchased, I'm pleased with the customer service, and I'm pleased with the technician's professionalism and work. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Suburban Heating and Cooling!

Prior to discovering SH&C, I used several companies to service both my AC units and furnace. Suburban has been my exclusive company for both repair and replacement for several years. The pricing is fair, and the techs that service and install are expert. I don't have time for a company to come out multiple times to fix the same problem. Suburban delivers on its promise the first time. Highly recommended.

What could've been a very stressful situation, ended up being a non-stressful situation because of Sean our sales & install tech, Robert, also install tech, another tech (sorry, I forgot the name ) and Sherri the office manager. Everyone has been so helpful and very easy to work with, they all go above & beyond to get everything done in a timely manner, very clean and respectful of our home. We ended up having them put in a new furnace, a new AC & whole house humdifier, all installed over a 2 day period! So impressive! Sean answered all our questions with all the patience in the world & Sherri even files all the warranty papers, so amazing, I've never had a company do that for us!
We would highly reccomend this company, you will not be disappointed!
