Truck drivers exit 173 not 174 if you are on the same side of hwy as business. Easy in and out. As soon as a dock becomes open in the morning take it. They load their own trucks first. Nice people.
Been working with Carrier Great Lakes - Livonia for the past 12 years. Vince on parts counter has been my go to for all hard to find Carrier, Brant, and Payne parts and technical documents. You can't find a better parts guy to work with!
I've been in HVAC service/Maint for over 25 years and this location in metro Detroit has such bad customer service that I refuse to go here and will travel to the next closest to avoid this place. The lady working the front desk makes attempts to communicate telepathically. Once she feels to bless us with her acknowledgement, it's all attitude. I've talked to several other contractors who all agree. Avoid this place if you can. This review has nothing to do with the Carrier brand, just this parts location.
They treat us well, and go out of their way to help us with our various parts and new equipment needs. Matt has my back when it comes to controls. Vince, Pam, and Tom in parts have served us greatly over the years.
Their customer service sucks just as much as their furnaces do. I do not recommend buying a carrier furnace.They are overpriced garbage that does not honor a factory warranty

Carrier parts will keep you on hold for 30 min and then hang up on you. When I do get lucky enough to get thru to them they always have a bad attitude
