Been using them happily for years & then recently had one experience that wasnt their usual perfection (which got me angry)- but their response was so great (they were kind & sent someone out immediately that fixed my furnace) which confirmed they are the best furnace company around these parts.

Installed a chimney liner in masonry chimney and a new exhaust duct for gas furnace and water heater to meet code. Professional service. Excellent communication. Got everything done and cleaned up before lunch. I'm due for a new furnace and AC soon, these guys will be top on my list when the time comes.

Great service in replacing the expansion tank on our home boiler system. While here, the service man also cleaned out the pilot light fixture and provided education as to how to better operate and maintain our boiler.

I've been waiting to do this post this company is fair and honest I had Consumers Energy to send out some third-party contractors they tried to scare me and telling me my furnace no good that the heat exchange was totally wrecked I seen this type of behavior before D&G get to me the same day company was taking care of some other appointments but they fit me in I told him my experience with the third-party contractors that Consumers Energy sent out so I couldn't get them the same day family so the care package through Consumers Energy one of their third-party contractors come out and he used good tactic to try to tell me my furnace is no good I know a little bit about furnaces I did not trust him so after I was able to have D&G technician to come and fix the problem they didn't try to scare me and I was pleased with the results this is the longest post I ever responded to Winter is Coming and I want you to be safe this is the call❄❄☃️ before I get to cold😊🤳

I had my furnace serviced by D&G and was highly satisfied with the service and work. Nick Beers was the technician and he was awesome. I will only use this company for my heating and air conditioning

Air conditioning went out and it was fixed quickly and the Technician was friendly and did a nice job. A week later another small problem turned up and after a call to Ben in service I was able to take care of the problem myself and I could not be happier with the Service from D & G. I highly recommend that you give them a call for your Heating and Cooling needs.

I've used these guys three times now and my mother-in-law has used them once. Everything they've fixed stayed fixed. Excellent work by professionals and fair prices. When I need a new furnace and air conditioner it will be from them.

They are cheaters, liars! They broke my air conditioner and did not know how to fix it. They promised to fix their mistakes soon but never got back my home again. They charged me money but one day later they told me they can’t fix the issue. They wouldn’t help you again once they got money from you. I am too naive so I gave them more trust than they deserved. I am extremely disappointed by the way they dealt with the customer. Money is their only friend. They don’t care about their customer at all. DO NOT GO TO THEM, they are extremely unreliable and unprofessional!!!

Thanks for great service, our old furnace (93!) failed with intermittent issue. Promised timing kept always and technically competent. Spare parts at hands.
