John G did a very fine and thorough job on my a/c unit and gave me some good and useful tips on maintaining and using it properly to get better performance from it.
My first experience with Harriman and am very impressed. I'll certainly use them again.

Adam and Jeff provided exceptional service installing our new a/c unit! They were on time, thorough and kept us updated on their progress. They had some challenges with our old house, but they did an unbelievable job figuring it out! I would highly recommend Harriman and Adam and Jeff to anyone!

I would highly recommend Harriman Heating and will call them again. I had originally called them regarding an air conditioner maintenance check. Mitch came out and did let me know that I did have an older air conditioner and asked if I had wanted to replace any parts at that time. I thought I would wait until the end of the season and just replace the unit. Well, it did not quite work out that way. I discovered that the water pump had quit running the day before the 4th and the water from the pump just kept overflowing onto the floor. I called Harriman and explained the problem and they said that they would have a technician there on the 5th and would make it a priority. I was so happy that Mitch was there first thing and managed to install a new water pump.
I was so very pleased with Mitch and also the wonderful ladies in the office, Dawn and Emily, who are just a joy to work with and lets you know when to expect your technician to arrive and then do a follow up. Mitch took the time to explain all the details of what he found out about my unit and how he then installed a new unit. Great customer service - Keep up the good work!

Can’t say enough about the high quality service I received from Harriman Heating & A/C. Mitch came to my house to look at my furnace that had stopped working. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and well-spoken. He explained his inspection in a clear, step-by-step manor. He provided the information i needed to make the decision whether to have the furnace repaired or replaced. I decided on a new, energy-efficient furnace. Jesse, a seasoned pro, and his hard-working assistant, Dave, were at my home early the next morning. They did a great job installing the new Trane furnace. Jesse also explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. Thanks also to Dawn and Emily in the office. And my hat’s off to Jason, the owner of the company, for the great price and for making it all happen.

I recently had my furnace replaced from Harriman. They did a professional job and I am very satisfied. Starting from Mitch who explained me all the issues with my 26 year old Bryant furnace. Then Jon who helped with the picking the right furnace. And Jesse and Dave who did the installation of the Run Tru furnace. Thanks everyone and good job

I’m always happy with Harrimans service. Every technician I have had to my home over the years has been friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail start to finish which I value. John G has been no exception. My AC wasn’t working this visit and John was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour. They were able to get me scheduled the same day which was also a relief. Heating and cooling issues that come up can really throw a wrench in life, I’m glad I can always depend on Harriman.

My experience with Harriman has bee nothing but positive. I was in need of a new furnace last October and they put one in that same day. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Today Harriman serviced my old AC and assisted in education for the furnace filter. John the serviceman was extremely helpful and educational on other products for the future that I will be interested in.

We had recently bought our house and with it getting hotter we finally needed to turn on our AC. However the system did not seem to be blowing very hard or very cold. We called and within an hour, we had a tech, Lavian, at our door. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to repair our unit, as well as addressing other questions that me and my wife had as new home owners, regarding our furnace and AC unit. Within about an hour of him being here, he had our unit repaired. He was very professional and kind. We highly recommend him, as well as Harriman.
