John W and Mitch were very helpful. They were very thorough and spent much time to help me with my questions. They installed a surge protect. This gives me a piece of mind during power outage.

Mr. R. Troy arrived on time and ready to work. He seemed to thoroughly clean our broiler. He cleaned, vacuumed and got ALL of the 'cob webs' out. He went over any concerns and explained our options. He also informed us that our broiler was in very good condition (originally installed 1928) especially since it's up in age. He also provided us with a warranty program (which we signed up for). He was courteous, personable, and professional during our maintenance service. I will update on quality & value after he returns for a scheduled repair.

We have been going to Harriman for heating and cooling needs for years now. Mostly just maintenance. But they have put in a new water heater for us and this time replaced our furnace and A/c which were in a dangerous state of age. They are professional, courteous and do a fantastic job. Jesse and Alex got everything installed and got our heat back on pretty darn fast for such a huge job. I'm extremely happy with Harriman and will continue to send my business their way.

Mitch was very nice and VERY thorough! Thank you! It’s rare these days to find someone who is kind and dedicated and who truly wants to make sure everything is clean and safe for continued use. Just had Harriman's out here today and I am very pleased with their services. I appreciated Harriman's calling me to confirm the appointment and also to let me know when my service tech was 15 minutes out. Josh and Avery came out for a regular scheduled cleaning and service of my HVAC system and they were very thorough, friendly, professional and efficient with their trip. They explained everything going on with my system, additional options that they have to offer and what would be best for my situation. I would definitely recommend their business and I will be using again in the future.

Chance & Avery were very time efficient and considerate while checking out the furnace issues and informing a timely decision in such a cold time of year. Jon H hopped to it in helping us pick out a new one and explaining everything we needed to know with patience and grace.

Horrible horrible service! They will claim your furnace is unsafe and threaten to report you to the city as an unsafe. When I had another furnace company come out they said our furnace is just fine! Don’t hire these scammers!! They just want to force you to spend money.

Also don’t look at the top reviews go look at the reviews you can’t see because the negative reviews are at the very bottom. And many many have said the exact same thing. I’m taking this to the top. They arent going to keep getting away with this. Don’t trust these people with your business! Stay far far away from them. That is if you can even see my review since they like to put their better reviews on top.
