Mitch and Adam came to do an annual inspection on the furnace. They detected rusting in the coils of the refrigerant area and called supervisor Jon H. to come to inspect. Using approved inspection methods, it was determined that replacement of the coils would be necessary, along with additional work. All three men were pleasant and efficient. As of this review, I have called my Home Warranty company to request approval for the insurance company to provide payment. The H.W. company representative took what information she needed and said she would speak to a supervisor and call back in 20-25 minutes. I am comfortable with Harriman's employees' honesty and their sincerity. I don't know how this will work out, but Harriman servicemen are a credit to the company and I would recommend the company to my friends.

My heater stopped working, called Harriman and HVAC tech Josh was at my residence within 30 minutes. Josh's knowledge of HVAC is so complete, it's as if he invented it all himself. He was friendly, professional and together we discovered that a starling had worked its way down my heating exhaust tube into the furnace motor, jamming the shaft and preventing the motor from working. We removed the mortal remains of the starling (the spirit had flown, you might say) and when Josh reassembled the unit, all was well. Josh performed a CO test, and shared details of Harriman's maintenance plan, which we purchased. It was a very nice and pleasant experience, thanks largely to Josh's good spirit and boundless expertise. We will use Harriman again in the future and may even request Josh as our tech if he is available.

Josh and Jon were absolutely fabulous! These gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and patient. They explained the process and made their recommendations. Your company is lucky to have them!

Even after he was done with the manual labor, he was very concise about the multiple "accessories" Harriman's offers. Gratefully, he also shared helpful tips that would assure we get maximum operation out of our heating unit!

He also identified things to watch out without applying any pressure to buy anything that wasn't needed. He was friendly and professional and would recommend him in the future.
