Horrible decision to buy from this company. Brand new furnace purchased in July. Installation errors have resulted in two returns call. Tonight I had a furnace full of water because a tube was not connected properly. Calling the 24 hour 'service' line, I'm told they'll get back to you in two days. It's Saturday and I have to wait until Monday. A potential hazard and they don't respond. I'm sorry I gave them my business.

It's wonderful to do business with people who look out for their customers. I had an AC repair done yesterday and, fortunately, the repair person saw that my HWH was in significant need of being replaced. This morning, they replaced my HWH and, when they were done, they showed me all the features and settings. They left things clean and tidy. After they were gone, I had a question about an issue unrelated to the HWH I called the office and they promptly sent someone out to help at no extra cost. It's nice to know you can rely on good people to do great work!

Great people! He came and was honest and straightforward. In my house nothing is easy and this guy had his work cut out for him. He not only replaced my furnace but cleaned out the air conditioner while he was there! Would recommend to everyone! Thanks again!!

These guys did a fantastic job fixing my furnace replacing my heat exchange. The parts were covered under warranty and the technician made the repair in 1/2 day. Thorton & Groom wanted to replace my furnace, a $4,500 difference in price!

Called this morning expecting to have to schedule out a week or more… they were able to add me to today’s schedule, and got there within 30 minutes of my call!!! The service man was polite, and knew his stuff. Will definitely add to my phone and use for all future needs!!!!

Called them this morning had someone come put within about 2 hrs. He explained and answered all questions and concerns. Wonderful crew would recommend to others and will definitely keep them on standby for future use.

Excellent service. Curt Degrandchamp was our tech. Replaced furnace blower motor 5 years ago, and still there today to do our preventive maintenance. Professional, attentive, straight shooter, courteous. No one else touches my furnace/a/c unit.

We have used this company a few times now. The service has always been professional, they are always on time , friendly and courteous. I have never had to call them back for a repair not done correctly. They are reasonably priced and never try to sell you things you don't need. I highly recommend them..

We worked on a full home renovation with D&G Heating and Cooling - installing a new high efficiency furnace, humidifier, and air conditioning throughout our 1920s farmhouse. They were prompt, professional, and did great work. Highly recommended business out of Livonia!

This is my worst experience ever.Do NOT go to them if you dont want to bring yourself a big trouble!!!! I had two thermostats (one is honeywell and one is NEST) at home and honeywell one did not work well so we called them and it turned out to be a very minor issue (battery connection). The other one worked very well but the service guy said he wanted to show us the circuit so he opened furnace panel and re-connected a lot of wires, which I did not know what he did. After that, NEST thermostat no longer work again. He spent 2 hours but had no idea why he broke it. So he called his manager (named Ben Lincoln) and they promised they would come back in one day or two at most to fix the issue. They wanted to charge me more than 150 dollars, including a service fee of 80+ dollars. I was so concerned so I said I prefer to pay this 80 dollars on the day they visit again but I still paid 70 for their visit. This morning, Ben called us and said: the problem was there before their visit and they did not break anything! And they won't come back because they do not have anyone at his company know how to fix a WiFi- based thermostat. What he said was totally different than what he promised yesterday. Now I consider to talk to my lawyer to deal with this issue. But my suggestion to everyone is: Don't go to this company if you want to fix the issue and do not want to create any new issue!
