Can't say it any better than the following post I made last year: I have used D&G several times over the last 20 years, they installed the furnace in my home--great job! Curt Degrandchamp has come out the last 4 times and was always quick, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and patient with my questions. I have never had any issue with D&G. I tried Family Heating and Cooling one time and never used them again because they did not do a comprehensive job when they were here. They did a fast in and out on a furnace cleaning and was nothing compared to what D&G does. I recommend D&G for all of your heating and cooling needs.

My husband and I noticed that our AC wasn't cooling the house today so I looked up an HVAC company to have them come out and see what the issue is and hopefully fix it. Not only was he going to get here tomorrow (they are about to be closed) but when he asked what the issue was he walked me through checking the fuse box and sure enough that is what the problem was. It is so nice to have a company that is willing to help you check on something when they could have come out and charged me to do the exact same thing. When our AC needs fixing or anyone needs a recommendation we will definitely use and suggest them!

I have been using D&G for over 30 years. I have never had anyone as thorough as Dan. My fan on my thermostat never worked. I have had your service people out and it was never fixed. I was told the thermostat didn't work. Dan saw that the fan wire wasn't even connected to the furnace. I am so happy that got fixed. I thought it was the thermostat and was going to replace it. He is a hard worker. I hope you appreciate him.

My AC wasn’t working and I had service technician come out 1 day after I called. He figured out the problem and explained thoroughly what was wrong. I had it repaired and the price was fair. The technician was professional and courteous! I will definitely use D & G again in the future!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with D&G this morning. The technical (Dan) was prompt and very professional. The work on the gas line inside of the house was done very quickly and Dan gave me multiple options of what could be done.

The pricing quoted was significantly lower and I will be glad to use D&G for my Heating/Cooling needs in the future.

We recently moved to Livonia and inherited an ancient HVAC system that failed on the coldest day of the year. We reached out to D&G because they are nearby and were happy to secure an appointment with Curt on the same day. If you're concerned about COVID, you'll be happy to know he wore booties, a mask, and gloves during the visit and limited the areas in our house where he went. Curt provided a lot of information and his opinion on what the problem was, along with a few options for a fix. We appreciated his honesty. We just called them again after the first warm day of the year when we couldn't get our AC running. They again came right out and took care of it quickly. We plan on replacing both systems soon and they will be the first call we make based on their terrific customer service.

They're super kind, helpful, and professional here. That's a hard combination to come by these days! No complaints, only gratitude. Thank you for your impeccable service!

They replaced my whole furnace/AC system in a day, gave me a reasonable price they stuck to, were very clean and tidy and answered all my questions. I would Highly Recommend this Company and have already given a few of their business cards out!

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from D&G. When I called yesterday morning in need of a new water heater (emergency), I was told they could come out and take care of it right away.

The gentlemen that came to our house were very courteous and professional. The price was fair and the job was completed to our satisfaction.
