    My a/c stopped working. They were here within hours of my call. On time, friendly, knowledgeable and fair on price. Absolutely recommend diversified heating and cooling for any and all issues they cover.

    Replaced pump on my household boiler for heat. He has been servicing the boiler for last couple of years. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Does a great job. Keeps detailed notes on client's machines. So when I called for a service appointment and mentioned the symptoms, he knew to bring a replacement pump with him. Very efficient as well.

    3.16.23. Quickly came out and discovered thermostat fried from power outtage. Replaced with upgraded model and checked boiler system. Fast and efficient!

    Furnace went out, so I called this nearby place at 10 am on a Tuesday. The tech was professional, and diagnosed it right away. The generic part was on the truck. I was charged $555 for a simple cheap generic furnace ignitor replacement (probably a $20 part and simple fix). The price sounded very high, but what do you do, there was already a non refundable service fee, so I agreed and paid. After the tech left about an hour later I called another nearby company and they gave me an quote of $200. Everywhere I look online, in 2022, it is the same price range. $150-250. I followed up and spoke with the owner or manager. Nothing could be done, not even removing the service fee. This is predatory pricing. Save yourself your hard earned money and try somewhere else.

    New furnace install. Professional, prompt, reliable and polite. This company is the best. I refer to them as "old school" meaning they treat the customer like a customer wants to be treated. Diversified is always my first call.

    Been a customer nearly 8 years. I like their annual maintenance plans because they remind me when maintenance is due and keeps our heating system healthy. Jamie was wonderful to work with at the main office to get me scheduled quickly and connected with the right technician for my system. We had a part that needed replacing this year and our technician, Nick, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the parts role in the system and why it was in need of replacement. He took the extra step of adding a shutoff valve so we wouldn’t need to shut down the system when the part was ready to be installed. The follow up installation was nice and easy. Nick answered all of my questions and was great to work with.

    A one day job turned into two days, because they installed the wrong unit on day one. They had to return the next day to install the proper unit, ie. two days. On day one, I also had to remind them multiple times not to walk through my dining room that has cream colored carpet.

    They did manage to connect the incorrect unit on the night of day one, so I would have heat. Day one was a 10 hours experience. On day two they offered to pay for my dining carpet to be cleaned. Day two was about a 6 hours job.

    Overall, I’m not sure if I’d recommend them; primarily because of the lack of customer service. I never received a call from a manager about their hiccup, despite calling on the evening of day one requesting to speak to one. They also didn’t offer any thing for the inconvenience that they caused. I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the unanticipated day two. When I expressed that day two was unexpected and inconvenient, the response I received was, “well we can never predict when an issue might arise on a job causing it to take longer ”. I replied that this issue was caused by you, when you installed the wrong furnace. Who’s responsible for insuring that you brought in and working to install the correct unit? Surely not the homeowner.

    Ironically, I chose them because of Nick. He’s a service technician, who gave me the estimate. He is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all of the options. He didn’t try to pressure me into committing on the spot. If he was assigned my install, I probably would rate Diversified an A+, but given my experience I have to give them a C-/D.

    I called first thing this morning and Chelsea, who answered the phone, was very kind. Temperature in the house was 63 degrees. Too cold for my 90 year old mother. She scheduled a service repair man for between 11a-1pm. He arrived within 30 minutes, (about 90 minutes early), diagnosed and fixed the problem. Zach was courteous and communicated each step of his inspection, diagnosis and repair, along with the estimated costs. My home is now toasty warm, and my mother is more comfortable. On behalf of Diversified Heating& Cooling, Chelsea and Zach totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!

    Nick is one of the best technician I’ve encountered over the years. Knowledgeable, seasoned professional that I always request. Make suggestions without being pushy, all based on his experience. I trust him implicitly when it comes to HVAC

    Nick was prompt and courteous. Since this was a service call he listened carefully to my complaint and got to work. He connected with the office to get the right performance data for my furnace and consulted with the manufacturer on the issue. He corrected the installation errors of the previous company and got the the system working perfectly
