Jake was on time and was very polite. He gave our furnace a thorough inspection along with several options for repair/replacement without any pressure sales. He was honest and very professional with his service. We would do business with Vredevoogd again without hesitation.Thanks again, Jake!

Jake is terrific! Always professional & friendly. Checks out everything, explains everything he checks out to me (the home owners assistant) as well as the homeowner. I also appreciate that without asking he puts shoe/boot covers on. Seriously MOST service people do that. Often I have 2 ask them 4 the covers or ask them 2 remove their boots which generally doesn't make them happy. Jake is a definite keeper employee! Thank you so much 4 your company sending Jake so quickly 2 help.

Quick and prompt service. Contacted sun night and got a call Mon morning to set apt up within a day. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to explain things well and answer questions. They have a monthly subscription option as well to cover ongoing maintenance or emergencies and being costs down. Otherwise price seems reasonable within the area.

Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling has always been great to work with. Avery and Antonio came out to install a new furnace and they were exceptional to work with. They explained what they were doing and answered any/all questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Vredevoogd to others!

My wife and I went online to schedule an interview with them because we wanted to make sure our HVAC system would be good for the upcoming winter. Nothing was wrong that we were aware of. The appointment time was between 12-2pm, and Jake came around 12:30. He was immediately personable and communicative. I talked him through what I wanted and he went right to work.
He brought to our attention we needed a new igniter (not a surprise, we haven't had any maintenance done and we've had the house for two years). Not only that, but he mentioned a sort of subscription plan that would save us money and come with a twice a year check-up, among other discounts. For this reason, I would recommend calling for an appointment instead of setting it up online, because then you can hear this stuff.
The "subscription" is I think $17 a month, which most of us pay for random things anyway. This gives me peace of mind, though, and was immediately worth it.
Overall, this experience lets me know why they have such good reviews.

Ryen did a great job yesterday in and out of the rain at times. He answered my questions and pointed out all that he would do for the air conditioner. He gave me a thorough report and was very pleasant in his time at the house. I appreciate his customer service skill and presence when he came to the house.

Arrived on time. Shared all issues and pricing, in the end I decided on new AC unit, and it will be installed next day.

Jake was professional, friendly and thorough. My and Furnace had been unreliable and he took the time to look into all of the issues I described and provided helpful insight and options going forward. This was my first time working with Vredevoogd and they will be my go-to for future hvac work.
