Let me start by saying I’m not one to give high reviews. I called this company on the advice of my father and am SO glad I listened. After being without heat for 2 weeks and having two other companies come look at my furnace these guys came to my rescue! They sent someone out within hours of my call and found the problem with my furnace. Both the office and tech where extremely polite and knowledgeable!! I have previously used another company for years but after today’s experience I am switching companies!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that needs furnace repair!! Thank you so much for your speedy service and giving me and my two young children heat again!!!

Great company! Unfortunately our central air/furnace decided to break down during a heat wave. With one senior, two handi-capable individuals in the home AND animals WH made our situation a priority and got us taken care of after 3 days of misery.
The temp unit was much appreciated.
The final install was even better, professional, kind, and courteous.
The techs are dog friendly and fun.
I'm glad we chose this business, all of those attributes go a long way these days were most companies don't seem to care about the value of great customer service and product!

The day I left a message for a quote they came right out. Checked everything out and installed a new furnace the next day!

we had a new ac/Furnace installed In January 2021. They were great.. fast and it worked well until I had to run my AC In June 2021. When I did turn on the AC the drip tray (I think it's called) overflowed with water because it wasnt installed leveled out.. my father in law had to level it so it would drain and not cause more damage. I have video of it leaking most recently and photos of all the damage.. destroying my laminate flooring/subfloor/a wall is sinking. They refuse to acknowledge the wall sinking and sub floor damage under the furnace (pretty sure it's damaged if the rest of the subfloor was) they've been called out twice in which the same guy comes out and ignores us when we mention the wall and subfloor. (I did insurance claim on my flooring) all I want is for them to acknowledge the damage to subfloor and wall so it can be repaired. Ive talked to the guy in charge twice about it and he jist says he will talk to the technician again.. never calls me back.. I've made a complaint to BBB and they refuse to reply to them as well. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is POOR customer service and customer satisfaction. This has always been a great company which is why we went with them. I am now looking into a lawyer if I don't hear back. I give 2 stars because the furnace and ac are back to working fine after they come out the 2nd time.
