United Electrical Contractors

Two young men visited us to repair faulty outlets. We were having trouble with it and they informed us it was working fine. Needless to say, a month later we were having problems again. They did fix two outlets in the kitchen. I spoke to them regarding additional wiring for new light fixtures. The guy said he would refer it to the service department and they would call back with a quote. A year later, I still have not received a call. The young men that was taking the information was not paying attention to what I was telling him and I doubt he even submitted it. He was very arrogant. So essentially I paid $280 for 2 plugs to be replaced, with no followup.

Awesome company! I can't remember who came out the first time or the second time sorry, but anyways they were awesome they installed a new panel for us and did a great job. But about 3 months down the road one of our circuit's kept popping and couldn't find the reason. United electric came out with no hesitations and fixed our problem in a few mins with no charge. They honor the work they do and make sure the customers are taken care of.

These guys were Awesome !! We Converted our shop over to LED. Kevin the service manager was Great he came out and handled all the paperwork for Consumers Power rebates. The guys that did the job were fast and clean. Definitely will call for service again.

Using a contractor that ignores employee rights, allows/encourages racism and creates a hostile work environment is not only wrong it is a liability to do business with them. You’ve been made aware use at your own risk.

They were on-time and bid the job at a reasonable price. Very professional team; and, I will always use them. Thanks guys!

I worked with Joe. Our power was out at the office. He arrived immediately and fixed our issue. I appreciated his promptness and professionalism. If we ever have an other electrical problem, they will be the first that I call.

Of course the main reason I had them out there didn't present itself while they were there but they were more than happy to fix/replace and install multiple outlets for me! I will %100 be using them in the future. HIGHLY recommend you use them!

After another electrician in the Ingham County area failed to keep his appointment, I contacted United Electrical. Kevin was polite on the phone, gave me a firm price for the services, and the electrician showed up the morning of the appointment. Seemed to be pretty straightforward process. I recommend their services.

Couldn't get 3 other electricians to reply to my request until I can across UEC. They came out the next day to create a quote, let me know I needed at less work than I expected, and we're out a week later to complete the work. Pricing was way lower than we had planned and the work was done professionally and quick.
