Water heater started leaking. Called them and someone came out the same day. Found out I needed a new one. Dan and Brandon came out the next day at 8am and were done a little after nine. They were fast and professional. I really felt in this instance that I really got what I paid for! Seamless and professional

Lee was very professional and on time. Priced out a new AC unit and scheduled installation at my convenience. Appreciated his overall consideration regarding pricing and club member discounts.

I found Jake to be an exceptional Service Technician. He was thorough in explaining what would take place during AC maintenance. He was on time [8 am] and called to let me know he was enroute and would be arriving within 15 mins. Jake is an exemplary employee. Vredevoogd is fortunate in having him as an employee.

Called the company for AC maintenance, JP called when he was on his way and showed up about 10 minutes later. Got to work and took care of everything within an hour. He is a real asset to his company and a real pleasure to work with.
