Will definitely be coming back for more! Realized my AC was freezing up yesterday and had it fixed in less than 12hrs time. Their booking process is seamless, their communications are on point and their technicians are quality - offering options and explanation. Signed up for their club too today to get the future savings

Jordan arrived on time and was very professional and courteous the entire time. Explained the issues clearly and provided options for ongoing maintenance or replacement. This was our second time having Jordan visit, and I would certainly reccomend him to anyone that needs asssitance.

Jake was very professional and answered all our questions. He informed us regarding a maintenance program which we then signed up for. Vredevoogd has a top notch HVAC employee in Josh. Hopefully he can come everytime to service our units. Thanks again Jake.

I feel horrible that I don’t recall the gentleman’s name, but he was awesome! Very informative! He went over my options with no sales pressure. Great guy! I will be having new A/C and furnace installed next week.

I called around 6:30 at night and they were on their way in less than a half an hour. Although they couldn’t get the issue fixed at that time, they left me with heaters and were here promptly the next morning. They were able to fix it in less than 2 hours. Price, professional and friendly. I definitely will do business with them again.

My technician was very nice. He explained everything to us so that we knew what was wrong and couldn't guarantee that replacing the part that went out would fix the problem long term.

No complaints! Usually easy to get convenient and timely appointments. Have needed them several times. Being a member is a great savings especially if your dealing with older homes or equipment that you know will need service, repair or replacement eventually. A++

Also the technician Ryen is truly a professional who represents the company well. He was training a technician on the call. I must say that his instructional techniques were also exceptional. The transition from concept to implementation was seamless. I will definitely request him for my next service call.
