Vredevoogd was awesome when our A/C unit went out. They came quickly and installed our new unit. They were professional and did a great job!

I used Vredevoogd twice for plumbing issues. The first time the bathtub drain was plugged and backing up into the bathroom sink. I tried Drano and it didn't help at all. The tech always gives you choices and asks if you are O.k. with paying the price they charge (the tech sends pictures to his supervisor and the supervisor gives the price that the customer will be charged; the tech doesn't choose the price). The tech also describes to the supervisor what has to be done. The prices were high, but everyone charges high prices nowadays. The difference is that this company stands behind its work and guarantees it for one year. The tech always gives you choices. I never heard of that before. I will call them any time I need work done that they cover. I love this company! I had a job interview many years ago and was so impressed by what I learned that my boyfriend bought a new furnace and air conditioner from them. I will go to them if I ever have to get a new furnace.

This company hires reputable people and you can trust that he/she will do the best for you that he/she can do. Their goal is to fix it right the first time, and if it doesn't work like it should, they will come back and only charge you if it needs something that was not covered in the first visit, but no additional trip charge.

I purchased a new bathtub drain and faucett (including the shower) and it was installed for me.

All the employees that came to my home were professional, friendly, and efficient. They did a great job installing my furnace and AC when my old one took its final breath over the winter months. They also followed up to make sure everything was working properly and topped off the fluids with the AC once the weather warmed up before the summer heat begins.
