I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your service and business ethics. It is such a blessing to work with companies with honesty & integrity - like Redmon. David was our service tech. for an AC diagnostic & repair. He was very friendly, thoughtful, and informative. We were away from home during the service call but David called me and communicated everything with me thoroughly, and answered all of my questions.

I would highly recommend using Redmond Heating & Cooling. This past summer our AC went out and they did an amazing job. My prior AC was over 20 years old so it was time to get a new AC. I forgot the first tech's name that came out but he was professional and knowledgeable. I called a couple of other HVAC companies just to get an idea on price and Redmond was the best priced and it came with great service. They had the AC in stock and came out the next day to get it installed. On 01/05/23 my furnace needed a service call so I called Redmond again and they had someone out to my house within a few hours. They sent me a text on their way out and I had the pleasurer of meeting Buck who has worked with them for 20+ years. Buck was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend giving Redmond a call with any of your HVAC needs, you won't be disappointed. A++

They installed a new furnace for me. Very reasonable and a clean installation of duct and related items.

Needed to replace the humidifier filter on the furnace. Redmon had one in stock. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service.

I purchased a home last year and it has a really nice Bryant HVAC system in it .After multiple attempts and struggles trying to self diagnose some codes and issues I was having . I realized it was time to call a expert . Redmon is a authorized dealer so i called them 1 st . After explaining my system and the codes the friendly person that took my call realized she needed to send a specialized tech over . The tech had a busy day already booked but because of my situation. Redmon was able to rearrange some things in there schedule and get right on the service call to my home . The tech showed up and was very professional , friendly and very knowledgeable of my Bryant system. He immediately started diagnosing and trouble shooting the codes . After a short while he was able to get right on the problem. Once he knew what was going on he explained it to me in detail and explained how it worked and what causes that part to fail over time . He fixed the problem efficiently and thoroughly inspected the rest of the system to make sure he did not miss anything. Everything works well and as if the system was new again . Being a Bryant HVAC owner . I will be using Redmon exclusively for all future HVAC needs . Thank you Redmon and thank you Luke for doing a awesome job !!

Lost our blower motor on a Sunday morning, furnace was made in 95 so made sense to replace it over fixing it. New furnace was installed and house was warm by early Monday afternoon!!! Great prices, service and professionalism. Would recommend for any service or install need, they have great units for all different budgets and make sure to walk you through everything they do.
