    I had a gentleman out to give me a quote for a new furnace and adding central air. He was on time and thorough, told me to give him to the end of the next day and I would have my quote. Given that he came on a Thursday, I figured there was a possibility that I wouldn't get my quote until the next week. I waited until end of day Tuesday, still no quote, so I emailed just following up, never got a response back. I found this unprofessional. I definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone.

    I had a new furnace and air unit installed in June. After this winter’s polar vortex I received an update from DTE about my home’s energy efficiency. The energy efficiency of my home for January and February was 5% better than an efficient home. Thank you, Redmon, for helping me save money!
    Their service and office help made the entire process simple, and every person from start to finish was friendly and professional.

    Had the pleasure of working with Buck. Instead of upselling me and giving me the runaround as to why I needed this or needed that, he was very educating as to why I was having the issues that I was. I even had to call him after hours and instead of coming out and charging me for an after hours service call, he explained how to fix my issue over the phone and talked me through it. Very impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

    One of the nicest companies you will ever work with. They laid out everything in a clear manner that let me chose a good path. They wont pressure you in to a decision. Got an entirely new furnace in 2 days after the initial inspection, very quick work and the techs informed me about all the details of my new system. Highly recommended.

    called on the 14th for a quote on a new a/c hookup. Rep called back with in a half hour said he had an appointment near me and could be over that day. I had him come into my home look at the job, I wrote down all my contact information and handed it to him. being it was a Thursday I figured it might be a couple days. I went on their website midweek and wrote a message saying I was still waiting for the quote, no response. I call that Friday talk to the gal explain I haven't got a price yet she tells me she will let the representative know. The next tuesday I again leave a message on their website after not hearing anything. Wednesday or Thursday I call the office again talked to the gal again she tells me she already told him the first time and she will tell him again but there is nothing she can do besides that. I ask if there is a way to contact the owner she tells me that the rep was the sales manager like I was out of luck and there was nothing else she could do. Now its been 2 and a half weeks of trying to hunt down my quote its laughable at this point. The funny thing is I got their name/number from my neighbor as a referral because he is a project manager and deals with a bunch of contractors. Hopefully he quits giving them jobs and it affects their bottom line. Terrible business etiquette and customer service before even becoming a customer I wouldn't trust them

    Very friendly staff. The tech that came out to check our boiler heat system was extremely informative and knowledgable. Wasn't such a fan of the 300% markup on the new thermostat that was installed - but we needed it and it's done. The system works great.

    Middle of summer and came out same day of requesting service. All other companies were 2 to 4 days out. Service tech was polite and fixed the problem in under an hour. I definitely recommend them for AC and furnace repairs.

    I had Redmon install a home heating and air unit on a new home about 13 years ago every 6 months we get a technical malfunction and get no heat or cooling.. at a service call to us. .tonight again in January we sit with no heat. .very frustrating.. any new recommendations for other service for Bryant.?
