I had my Furnace and AC replaced. The job was handled very professionally. The technician explained very thoroughly what he had done with the installation and what needs to be done in regards to upkeep. Both units look incredible, and I can tell they were installed with great care. Overall I am very glad that I went with Redmon for this project and I will be highly recommending them to friends and family.

As you read this I am sure you are looking for an honest reputable repair or replacement for your AC or Furnace. I highly highly recommend these guys. I have used other companies and many of them are more about sales than providing service. For instance, one other company was supposed to fix my AC on a 90 degree summer day. The technician spent about 30 minutes looking in my furnace and trying to sell me a new furnace and service contract before ever looking at the AC. He told me the furnace was bad. I called Redmon and they fixed the AC and told me the furnace was great--no replacement needed. I think there are a lot of HVAC companies that are to be avoided. I think Redmon is the best. Great integrity and workmanship. Very knowledgeable and low pressure. I feel that if Redmon says you need a new system your really need it. I cannot overstate how highly I recommend them.

We had a central air issue on the Saturday of Fathers Day weekend 2021. AC and furnace were both running but blowing hot air. Called a number of HVAC contractors and most didn't call back. Those that did said they were either unavailable or only serviced units that they installed. Told me to call back on Monday.

Called and left a message with Redmon and Riley called back within 30 minutes and showed up, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Incredible customer service. I cannot speak more highly of Redmon and and their tech Riley.

We were referred to Redmon Heating & Cooling by our builder and have been very pleased. Nick has been very communicative and helped work through some warranty questions for work done by another company. Buck was the first technician to help diagnose our problem and Zack just today completed a complicated heat pump repair and furnace maintenance work today. Both Buck and Zack were pleasant, communicative, and professional. We will be return customers and plan to recommend the company to family and friends.

Redmon was responsive from the start and gave us a very reasonable quote. They did quality work and were very pleasant to work with as well. We would recommend them to anyone.

He submitted a quote the same day with a variety of options. We ended up choosing Redmon because they offered an option that was right for our home and budget. The crew that came out to handle the installation were professional and very efficient. They completed the job in short order, but also did clean work. We are very pleased with the results.

My A/C stopped working right on the front end of the longest string of 90 degree days I can remember. I called Redmon in the morning and Buck was at my house the same day. He fixed my problem in about 20 minutes, and the charge was very reasonable. Very happy with everything, Redmon will definitely be my first call for anything HVAC related!
