Great company to work with. They were very responsive and did an excellent job. They made sure to clean the space so it looked like they hadn’t even been there and left time to answer and questions we had. Very impressed and would recommend them to you everyone who needs any HVAC work completed.

We have used A & E Heating and Cooling for both an AC replacement and furnace replacement. Joe and his team are great to work with. They are responsive, honest, affordable, and dependable. I recommend A & E to anyone in need of help with their heating and cooling systems.

Last year we started using A&E heating and cooling and have been very happy with the professionalism, price and quick service.

Last year near the end of winter we had them come for a late night emergency call. They talked us through our options: a temporary fix that may not last long or a new furnace. They are honest people who laid out the pros and cons of repair vs new and quoted the options for us. They appear to be a small family owned company without all the high pressure sales pitches.

We really needed a new furnace but we choose the other option of a temporary fix knowing it may not last long so we could save up to pay for a new one. It lasted long enough for us to save up all summer.

We are excited that today they installed a new furnace for us!

They helped set us up for success for both the winter and coming summer heat. They are a very kind, respectful and a hard working group of guys. I will recommend A&E to everybody I know! Jason at A&E Heating & Cooling did an amazing job installing our new furnace. Ours completely went out and he was able to get us a new one installed the same week! He was prompt and kept us in the loop. He was also very knowledgeable and explained the system to me when completed. We appreciate it and will be using him for all of our heating and cooling needs!

When my water heater stopped working, a friend of mine recommended A&E Heating and Cooling. David Chan was the technician that came to our house and showed up within an hour! He was super professional and personable, and identified the problem within minutes. After reviewing a few water heater options with me he helped me pick out the one we needed and personally went out and picked it up. He came back with the new water heater and parts within 30m. I couldn’t believe it. He had our old water heater out and a new one installed in no time. His communication and explanation made this such a painless process. I don’t usually leave recommendations, especially long ones but I felt compelled to write this after the exceptional service David offered us. I’d highly recommend A&E to anyone looking for an experienced professional and exceptional service. I will definitely be calling them again (hopefully not to soon) in the future. Thanks again David!
