As a Realtor I refer all of my clients to A&E for their HVAC needs. In this market, we always need to have someone that can come out and diagnose the problem and fix it right away. They always respond quickly and the job is ALWAYS done correctly. I also practice what I preach, I use them for my home as well. I needed an additional vent added to a basement remodel. I called A&E and they were out the next day to complete the job. I've used some of the big companies in town for similar jobs and they all try and sell you additional things that you don't need, they give you the used car salesman approach (No offense to car salesmen).
