Chase was friendly and very gracious especially because it was a Sunday evening! Found the issue in a fast and timely manner and installed our new thermostat! Very professional and respectful of our residence! Great company to deal with! Would highly recommend!

We have utilized Vredevoogd multiple times for our home's needs. Latest was replacing the water heaters with an on-demand solution in our duplex. We had a couple of quotes and Vredevoogd was almost 20% less than others. A couple of weeks post installation was our city inspection. The inspector's exact words - "that is the best damn work I have seen with one of these installs". He went on to point out all the care put into the installation before putting the inspected sticker on the unit. We could not be happier with the work done by Brian & his apprentices!

Jacob was very kind. He explained our options and what had lead to our issue. Our heat was responding properly by the time he was done. This business seems very competent and extremely well run. We highly recommend them!

Great employees. They get the job done well and it doesn't cost a fortune. We have purchased a furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater from them. Today they did a plumbing inspection and fixed the problem. We have used their electricians as well, and they were great. Nice to have one place to call when you need plumbing, heating or electrical . Being a Club member gives you discounts. We have used them for 25 years.

Lots changed since we signed up. Very poor communication.

I called on a Wednesday morning because our AC unit had conked out that previous Monday night. Tuesday was the Fourth of July and I didn't think we needed an emergency call ( although it was hot for sure! :) They had someone out here the same day I called, he gave me 4 great options to choose from (we had anticipated needing to replace the unit as it was very very old), and we are on the schedule in 2 days (so Friday) for the replacement. Can't ask for better or faster service. The pricing was very good and very fair. Thanks Vredevoogd!! Looking forward to our new AC!

Awesome service. Fair pricing. Intelligent comprehension of the geothermal units. Well connected with other problem solving experts to determine probable issue causation. Stayed until solved. Great company and people to work with! Andrew was polite throughout the troubleshooting puzzle solved successfully.

On time, install of both new AC and furnace plus new thermostat. Professional and the “team “ worked together. Arrived at 8 am and were finished around noon. Explained everything we needed to know. Happy to have HEAT. **They did provide space heaters until we were scheduled for install = one day

From the initial troubleshooting consult for our dying A/C unit to the finished installation of a brand new system took less than 36 hours.

The technicians were all very polite and professional, and the work they did was top notch. The new units look and run great, and the guys left the areas spotless when they were done.

This is a well run organization. Everyone was on time, courtesy calls and texts were sent prior to their arrival, and the office staff was quick to assist with pricing and financing questions.

My thermostat was acting up and Jacob fixed it perfectly. He and his partner phoned ahead to say they were on their way and arrived on time! Both the spring and winter tune ups have been great! I would highly recommend this Heating and Cooling Company!!!
