Our furnace went out on a Sunday afternoon and Vredevoogd was at our house within an hour of calling to dissect the issue and provide us with quotes to take care of the project. They gave us space heaters and helped schedule installation for the very next day, Monday. Install was quick and they left the workspace clean and explained everything they did. Between the two days of interaction we worked with 3 different team members (repair/sales/installation) and each of them were kind and thorough.

Andrew was the best. Super helpful and friendly. Got the issue resolved and talked us through it the entire way. Definitely deserves a raise. 😁

What a wonderful experience, working with Vredevoogd HVAC.. From Paul's Sales Presentation and Cost Quote through the Cody & Dan Crew's installation, we were quite pleased. Though not our cheapest of the (4) quotes we received, Vredevoogd had the best Warranties in terms of years of service coverage on BOTH Parts and Labor! Of the quotes we received, Paul had the best presentation, putting things in layman's terms, and he was the most knowledgable with hands on experience. The Installation Crew was top notch! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were always on time and very pleasant. They took care to protect our floors with tarps as they worked. The amount of work they did INDOORS (which we did not photograph), was incredible--including installation of a free Whole House Humidifier!.

Our furnace went out on a Sunday. Dustin answered our emergency call for service. He spent a good amount of time inspecting our system before determining we had a major problem requiring a new system install. He was courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and competent. He also went out of his way to help us. One of the ways he helped was to connect us with Brad who left home on a Sunday afternoon to come share the options we had for a new furnace. We got the order placed with an installation set for Tuesday unless they could get us into the schedule Monday. Sure enough, I got a call at 7:30 a.m. Monday letting me know they would arrive shortly. Zach and Ryan were congenial and polite and jumped right into the task of installing the new furnace. They were friendly and efficient, answered all our questions, and were extremely competent. Their installation went above and beyond the basic requirements and the quality of their work is obvious. They even fixed at no extra charge some PVC pipe issues that were part of the air conditioner. Their clean up of the work area left it spotless. We love the new furnace and now are loyal customers of Vredevoogd Heating and Cooling!

The gentleman were extremely polite and very informative. They took the time to advise me along the way as they installed my new furnace. Once they were done with the installation they explained how to install the filter they cleaned everything up made sure my house was warming up quickly. Great job

Very dependable and trustworthy local business…if you need something fixed they are there quickly…in my case in an hour…great customer service…the service technician who came to my home…Brent…inspired confidence and eased my worries about a leaking A/C coil. Got my A/C back in great shape and it didn’t break the bank. There are lots of HVAC businesses in the GR area…and I’ve tried many with great disappointment…but take my word for it Vredevoogd is head and shoulders above the rest.
