Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling

Vredevoogd always does a good job for us, and I always feel comfortable with their techs! Particularly since I'm a woman whose husband is always at work during times we need techs to come, I feel safe with their male techs, and grateful for how they work with me. Always kind and understanding when I ask them lots of questions. I really appreciate it!

Dustin explained what he will be doing to tune up my A/C. He asked if I had any questions or concerns then addressed them. He was on time, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the benefits of certain products and gave me recommendations that will extend the life of my A/C. Thanks Dustin, for a job well done!

Don and Kaden were timely and friendly. They were knowledgeable and provided the perfect details on my furnace installation. The install was quick and they were both very professional. They went through how to maintain the new system and walked me through the new thermostat. They did a fabulous job and I was recommend them both. I'm incredibly impressed with Vredevoogd.

Got a quote on Friday and whole new system was installed on Tuesday! I couldn't be happier with the speed of service! They really worked with me to get what I wanted, providing professional opinions, but understanding my personal preferences. I had to be home during the 6+ hour install because I got sick and couldn't go into the office, but they were very respectful of my space -- even though it's a very small space! -- and work.

The team did a great job in replacing a 20 year old water heater that was beginning to fail. Austin was out with six hours after calling to provide an estimate, and we were able to schedule the installation the next morning. Everyone was very friendly and professional and left the house clean. Appreciate that the water heater is Michigan made and the Vredevoogd team is a local company. Not the most fun purchase to make, but I would recommend Vredevoogd highly if you need this done.

We have the membership for heating and ac checkups, they come twice a year. They were here in April and we haven't needed to turn on our heat since then until about 3 days ago, when we turned it on nothing happened so I called them and they had Ryan here the same day. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. All he had to do was a system reboot, not sure if that is the proper terminology but you get the jist 😉 I'm so happy I have the membership with them. Thank you Ryan and Vredevoogd for your care of our investment.
