Meeting Kerwin through DTE was the start of my experience with Manning Mechanical. Kerwin came out for a service call and was very professional , knowledgable of my problem and discovered I needed a new unit.

I hired Manning for my installation and in talking to Carlin and Gayle, I realized I could get an AC unit and furnace for a very good price. They installed both units for me. I am very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.
They are very professional, reasonable, timely, respectful, responsive and overall amazing.

I highly recommend Manning Mechanical! Jamal has came twice to our house, helping with the furnace and AC. He’s wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful, plus he is so friendly, and he explains what he’s doing which I like. I will refer people to this business for sure!

My son texted me that our AC wasn’t working and the house was over 80 degrees. I got home and called the owner of Manning Mechanical and he answered. He just so happened to be at another client’s a few miles away so he squeezed me in arriving in under an hour from my call. I have no idea how Carlin keeps his cool working long days in 90 degree heat but he was very professional, responded super fast, wore a mask, had the part to replace on him, his price was very reasonable, and we had the air back on within 2 hours of calling him. I am so impressed!

They came out quick to fix a bad job done by another company. Jamaal was great! Not only did he fix my problem, he took the time to show me what happened, and walked me through some prevention tips. Highly recommend.

This review is long past due. I run a small HVAC side business and take as much work as I can. When a customer calls and I cant meet their needs in a timely manner, I refer them to Manning Mechanical. Carlin and his team always, every time, for several years now, meet and exceed expectations. They are timely, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I follow up with my customers after every referral and each and every single one has thanked me for sending Manning Mechanical. On the hottest day of the year my A/C went out today. I called Manning Mechanical. This is my second time using them as they replaced my hot water tank last year. This time was an even better experience. Both times they were professional and on time but this time he predicted what the issue was and grabbed the necessary part so he was able to repair the A/C unit right away. I didn’t have to wait for a part or anything. He also topped off the unit so it’ll be even colder while in use. Manning Mechanical is the only heating/cooling company I will ever use.

I just had my furnace repaired by Kerwin Bishop and his trainee. They were excellent. They were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Manning Mechanical, and Kerwin Bishop in particular.

KERWIN BISHOP performed my AC repair. He had a mask and covered his shoes . He was personable, showed me what needed to done and did the work. I'd use these guys and Kerwin in a minute.

Mr. Jamaal Franklin repaired my 25 yr old furnace for the 2nd time in 2 yrs. Couldn't ask for someone more trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be buying a new furnace from Manning Mechanical in the near future because of his representation for their company.

My technician Kerwin Bishop of Manning Mechnical was prompt, professional, courteous and very helpful! He provided me with information on how to save money on my energy needs and how to take proper care of my older system. He was highly trained. I would never turn to anyone for my HVAC needs other than this company. It's important to know that I rarely every rate businesses but this is one I had to give 5 stars.
