The guys installed a new shinny boiler after my 59 year old one blew a gasket and died. They worked industriously until 7 PM and returned as promised to finish up some detail work. Some little relay was causing problems and they again came out immediately and took charge. I heartily recommend Carlin and his crew for any kind of work. They are all very polite, careful and knowledgeable people.

Jamaal was the 3rd technician sent out by DTE to take a look at my furnace that was making a loud noise when starting up. They were not from your company. One of them told me I was paranoid and hearing things. Jamaal cleaned the furnace and found the problem. He ordered the parts and called to make sure we had heat as the parts were taking a while to get in. He installed the parts and now my furnace is running quietly as it should. He was very polite and took the time to explain to me what caused the problem and why the "fix" would take care of it. Will ask for your company anytime I have a future problem.

After getting burned by another company, Manning came out, fixed the other folks mistakes and actually taught us a few helpful tips to manage our boiler system. They go above and beyond others with amazing work & results. I will continue to use them for all of my ancient heating systems needs and I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!!!

I had them come out to price out a new furnace. The tech said lets see if you need one first. I explained that the problem was I was getting a backfeed of low voltage to the board when the value should have been 0, could not figure it out. He knew right away what the problem was. After testing the furnace and telling me it was in great shape he proceeded to explain that the contactors on the air-conditioner had become grounded backfeeding 5v through the ground to the board on the furnace. He replaced the part and it runs like new! Call them and ask for Jamaal. Honesty like this is so hard to come by. I am so pleased!!

I and my husband had the pleasure to use MANNING MECHANICAL service to repair our electric furnace and the AC. Jamal, was the technician that came to help us with that. He gladly tried many ways and worked hard until he figured out the problem and solved it, he kept us updated throughout the process. I must say, it was difficult problem to figure out, but he did.
