My A/C suddenly stopped blowing and a colleague referred Manning Mechanical. They were prompt and professional experts. Upon speaking with them I knew I my issue would be resolved. They provided me outstanding, trustworthy service and I recommend them to everyone. They're the absolute best.

DTE sent Manning Mechanical out to my home for a broken A/C. Jamal and CJ came to the home and i was immediately impressed. Polite, courteous and explained the issue in detail so i sould understand the problem. My husband and i decided to use them to install a new A/C unit, furnace, and a gas line for a stove. Only 2 1/2 days to intall and remove old units which i was very pleased. Cost was very affordable. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 for me. Thank you for a job well done!

Called because my furnace wouldn't come on, they sent out some guy named Jamal. He came in went to the furnace and came right back up and said it was the heat exchanger and that its best to get a new furnace.

(my uncle was HVAC for 47 yrs he told me whenever HVAC say its heat exchanger 99% of the time they are lying)

I said, "How do you know it's the exchanger when you wasn't down there long enough to check the furnace?"
He was like, "Oh, I can tell by that kind of furnace. Whenever I see that kind of furnace it's always the heat exchanger.

I said, "I would like to see pictures of the damage." He said, "My camera doesn't do pictures.
I said, "camera that doesn't do pictures?"
He was like "Oh, it only shows the image while I stick it in the furnace like a viewfinder.
So, I said, "I will come to look at it with you so I can see the damage."
He said, " I got to go to my van to get the camera.

He came back in and claimed he couldn't find the camera THEN HE WENT INTO A FULL SALES PITCH;
"How did you hear about us?"
You can go on our website and apply for credit for a new furnace"
"They start at $2,500 and we can come back out tomorrow and install a new furnace in less than 4 hours.

Called another company turns out it was my thermostat total of $85.

Carlin and Dairon
are WONDERFUL! And Manning Mechanical has very fair pricing! We had an old octopus boiler that was leaking carbon monoxide which Carlin caught on one of his service calls last year. We waited when shouldn't have...I eventually felt unwell and the fire department came and said carbon monoxide was in the house! Thank God for Carlin! He is honest, kind, professional and very, very hard working, as well as his employees!!! Check out the pictures old boiler and the new one!
I cannot believe they broke down a massive old octopus boiler in one day, the next day ran all new piping, and lastly on the third day installed the new boiler, checked all the radiators and even installing a new thermostat. It's beautiful and we are now SAFE and WARM! Thank you Carlin and Dairon!!
