Technician Dan was on time.As he serviced the boiler he explained everything he was performing and checking and reason for the check. Also he was pleasant. Dan gave his advice what should be addressed and how often.He was knowledgeable. He was not out to take advantage of a elderly person or anyone less knowledgeable of the service. My mother had a awful experience with a technician from an other company. Thank you Manning! Manning is the go to company for your heating needs.

I became acquainted with Manning Mechanical through the DTE Home Protection Program. I was impressed with customer service they provided. When the need came to replace the boiler system Manning Mechanical was top on my mind. The Manning team assessed my needs and installed the system. Everyone that I experienced at Manning was helpful, kind and provided exceptional service.

My furnace went out on the coldest weekends of 2022! The team at Manning Mechanical came
out on Monday and explained the problem and had to replace my furnace. They started ordering the equipment, as I completed the necessary paperwork and was back the next morning at 9:00
a.m. to start working! The installers were efficient and professional and cleaned everything up when they were done with the work! I highly recommend this company!

For so many years I have recommended Manning Mechanical to my friends based on the fact that I have known Carlin Manning for some years now, and his level of professionalism and knowledge was a no brainer when someone asked me for a reference. My friends began referring him to others and I would get these calls, if he just happened by someone I knew, and they would say "guess who's at my house and doing a fine job?"

Well, this was the year that I needed to be a customer/client with replacement of my furnace and hot water heater. The level of professionalism that he exhibits is filtering through every aspect of the company. From my initial service call to the final installation, I was always greeted with kindness, care and a level of excellence you expect in service. The technician, Jamaal, was excellent! He arrived on time and provided service in a timely manner. Jamaal also went over the invoice with me and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. Very impressive! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing any of the services Manning Mechanical provides.

We returned home on a Saturday after a 6 hour trip up north. Turned on the a/c and the unit ran for a minute then shut off. We called Manning Mechanical and was told they would have a technician here in 45 min. An hour went without a call so we called back and they said he would be right there. Then another hour went by. We called back and they were now closed. The answering service said they would forward a message to the on-call technician. After not hearing anything for 4 hours we decided we could no longer wait,an went to get dinner. The next morning we called A&A mechanical HVAC heating and cooling. They came out within the hour and had us back in business, please consider calling Al at A&A. I cannot review the quality of work Manning does but I can say we wasted time calling and waiting. Just wish someone would have had the decency to call and say they were not coming.

Manning Mechanical provided excellent service. Mr. Manning was very knowledgeable about heating systems. Very professional, patient, answered all of our questions. Reliable, all parts of the estimate and installation process occured on schedule. Our new heating system works perfectly. The company called the day after our system was installed to make sure everything was working properly. We have already told our friends and family about this wonderful company!

5 stars to Manning Mechanical for their professional service and excellent communication and customer service! Their Field Tech, Daveaun Curtis, was absolutely awesome! He provided excellent service and was very polite and patient as he answered all of my questions. If you have any HVAC issues, I highly recommend Manning Mechanical!

Remarkable company!!!! I had condensation around the furnace (Lenox). I called the DTE Service Plan and was told Manning Mechanical would be doing the service. Jamaal was very pleasant and took the time out to answer additional questions and provided some good tips. Do give this company a try. Staff, stay humble it goes a long way.

I would definitely recommend Manning mechanical to anyone. They were very timely in responding. The owner called to help with financing and getting a price in my budget. I had a new furnace and thermostat within a week even though they could come do install in two days.
