I cannot say enough about Manning Mechanical. They are knowledgeable .professional. efficient, courteous, respectful of the premises and the occupants, they are meticulously thorough, and they are PUNCTUAL!! Their team functioned together like a well oiled machine, and they wasted no time on breaks or even idle chatter. They came on time to do a job, they did the job, cleaned up the debris, and after making certain that I understood how the equipment worked and that i was satisfied, they were gone. Every company should be this good...hire them!

We were introduced to Manning Mechanical through our DTE service plan. Our technician was Jamal Franklin, serviced our Hot Water tank - he was very professional, thorough, patient & knowledgeable! The office staff was also pleasant and professional when calling. Will refer to friends and family!

Very Professional and timely with inspection, recommendations and installation of my chosen system. I would highly recommend this company for their attention to detail. There was no attempt to up sale or add any unnecessary services. They came when promised for diagnosis of the issue, findings were doubled checked by management and options were explained in detail without any attempt to rush the process. I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone in my inner circle requiring heating and cooling expertise. And I will keep them on "speed dial" should any issues occur in the future. I appreciate a company that is "all about business" minus the verbal hype and "stick it to them" mentality.

On may 19th i had my a/c serviced by this company. The tech was Kerwin Bishop. The service was excellent friendly and professional! If i ever need work done in the future on my furnace a/c or hot water tank i will only have them do the work. I have that service plan with DTE and i advised them of this fantastic company!

This firm was sent by DTE service and I am so glad they did. I now have a preferred service company for ALL HVAC service and installation!!!!

Manning Mechanical will always be my go-to heating and cooling company. I just had Daryl over today to move the gas piping for my stove to relocate it in the kitchen. He did incredible work, navigating the new pipe in the basement, to fit exactly where we wanted it. Very professional, informative and efficient.

Jamaal Franklin came out to my home for my yearly A/C maintenance inspection, and he was so knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Out of all of the other companies who have come out to my home over the course of 11 years to perform my maintenance inspections, Jamaal was the only technician who asked me if I wanted a new thermostat at no cost to me because the one that I had that came with the house was old and outdated. From now on, I will ask for Jamaal to come out to my home for all of my HVAC needs. Thank you Jamaal, for your help today.

Manning Mechanical just recently changed my old furnace to a new one. They also came back and installed my new hot water heater. I am very happy and pleased with both jobs. I was surprised that they were able to do the whole furnace job in one day. I truly support this business. They are very efficient and professional. Great job guys!
