DTE sent Manning Mechanical to my home to repair my furnace. Field Technician Mr. jamaal Franklin completed the repairs.
Excellent customer service still exists and this young man wrote the book.

Manning Mechanical was sent out to our home by the DTE Whole Home Protection Plan for service/repair on our Air-conditioning Unit on 7-5-22. OUTSTANDING SERVICE, VERY THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE,PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, ETC.!!!!!!!!!!!!Kerwin, the Technician, was very friendly, patient, answered all questions & went Above & Beyond. He checked the Furnace, cleaned out all the debri on the unit outside, checked all levels, such as pressure, freon, etc., everything checked out fine. He advised us what to do with cleaning the unit, & several helpful tips. NEVER EVER HAD SUCH GREAT SERVICE BEFORE, KERWIN WAS SPECTACULAR . TO THE OWNER/MANAGER........YOU HAVE A GREAT TECHNICIAN WORKING & REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS ALONG WITH PROFESSIONALISM!!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MANNING MECHANICAL FOR ANY & ALL SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDE. THANK YOU KERWIN!!!!!!

I had another HVAC company tell me my Amana AC unit needed a $2K repair or replacement in May, 2021. I reached out to Manning since they are an Amana authorized company; their technician fixed issue for less than $200. AC unit has been working great during all these hot days-I will definitely contact Manning for any future issues with my HVAC system. Quality and honest work-highly recommend!

Your Technician, Mr Dancaille Robinson, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problems he found, corrected them, answered my questions and advise me on how to do basic upkeep. A great employee!!
