Alvin Hollis did an excellent job installing our new heating system on short notice and their plumbing services have also quickly come to our rescue. Their staff has always been knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Been using Alvin Hollis for over 4 years: to update an outdated gas heater and A/C condenser unit and well as scheduled maintenance. When we wanted to replace our heater, we wanted to streamline our heater and hot water tank due to a limited space in our basement. The team there recommended a Condensing Combination Gas Boiler & Water Heater and we couldn't be happier with the small footprint and efficiency. And when we were looking to update our old A/C unit, they came out to assess what needed to be updated and provided details around cost and timing. And in 2 days, I had an updated A/C unit!

Overall, their service and support is top-notch and I have never had a issue with them. So glad to have them for my heating and A/C needs!

Alvin Hollis is great!! They're quick and efficient. Being a dental practice it is extremely important that our plumbing, heating and AC be functioning properly at all times and we know that we can always count on Alvin Hollis to come to our rescue quickly when they aren't.

I needed plumbing work done in my basement. I asked Alvin Hollis to disconnected me from my well water system and then connected my house to the city water system (which had been previously installed but not connected). Alvin Hollis sent a crew of three people out to do the job. After showing them to the basement they went about the work and finished the job in what i consider to be a timely and efficient manner. There was no mess to clean up afterwards. I even offered to buy coffee for the crew which they declined. Just to add to the story, while testing my system to see if the connection was worked, a piece broke off my tub. The last Alvin Hollis worker fixed the tub for an additional fee that i considered to be fair. Good clean work at a fair price.

Alvin Hollis recently extended my gas service to a fireplace so a Fireplace Insert could be installed. They completed the work quickly and cleanly and under budget. I have used this company for over 30 years and have never had a problem with them.

Had a problem with our water heater yesterday. I have been a customer of Alvin Hollis for years. We moved last summer and when we called yesterday we were informed we couldn't get service because we would be treated as a new customer. Ah, excuse me, is my house the customer or am I. The answer now is neither, insane policy = lost costumer. Williams heat and electrical (who we have never used before) had two people here within two hours.

We have used Alvin Hollis for our heating needs for over 25 years and have always been very happy with their outstanding service both for oil delivery and equipment repairs. Their technicians show up when scheduled, are courteous and friendly, and do excellent work.

Alvin Hollis rescued me late one afternoon when I returned home from vacation and found my oil tank dripping on my basement floor. They arrived within an hour, drained the tank, left me with a "mini-tank" so I would have heat until the defective tank was replaced and cleaned up the oil on the floor. The next morning, they installed a new tank and everything was as good as new. The floor is so clean, you'd never know there had been a leak. This is not the first time they've helped out in an emergency. They are helpful, supportive, really nice people and extremely competent. I am a HUGE fan!
