Just purchased our third home, and needed a completely new HVAC system that includes gas heating. After carefully reviewing three proposals we decided Alvin Hollis had the best combination of value, responsiveness, and service area. Work was completed, and the system they recommended (much cheaper than the Carrier units others were proposing) is working great. They worked fast and super clean, even when adding an additional heating register to the kitchen. Look forward to working with Alvin Hollis for maintaining everything.

I have recently used Alvin Hollis for the installation of a new Mitsubishi ductless system for our bedroom, replacing the kitchen faucet, and relocating my fill and air pipe for my oil tank all this in addition to using them for our biofuel oil fills over the past 12 years. All the technicians who did the installations were courteous, professional, thorough, clean and did the job in the timeframe they were given. I am extremely happy with the services and the products of Alvin Hollis.

We have been customers of Alvin Hollis since 2013. We have a AC and heat plan with them. Every time they come and service our systems they have been very professional, courteous and timely. We like that family feeling every time we call them for appointments. We also used them for a plumbing issue we had last year. We were fortunate to have to come the following day and the technician diagnosed the problem quickly for us. I had just purchased a new home without central ac. A "must have" for our family. So we got a recommendation for Alvin Hollis and they agreed to look at the work prior to closing! Then they were right there as promised the day after we moved in and did a great job with a traditional carrier system installed in 3 days, again right on schedule. All involved were very pleasant and easy to work with. Installers were very clean. They have already called me twice to make sure everything is working the way we want it to - and it is working great.

Alvin Hollis did a phenomenal job installing our new gas boiler. When decided to convert from oil to gas I didn't know that Alvin Hollis would do the work. My plumber suggest that I give them a call and am i glad I did. The job was not an easy one - our building is nearly 200 years old with a dirt floor, low ceiling basement. Elder and his crew came in and within a few days had the job done, neat, clean, efficiently. Plus they were very competitively priced. I highly recommend Alvin Hollis to anyone looking for any type of heating work.

I recently purchased a home that did not have central air. I received quotes from 3 different companies. Not only was Alvin Hollis reasonable in comparison to the other 2 quotes, the amount of time that was spent explaining the system they were recommending went above and beyond. Once I accepted their proposal, it was only a matter of days before the crew arrived to start the job. Every Alvin Hollis technician that was in my home over a 5 day period was outstanding! Polite, personable and unbelievable at cleaning up at the end of each work day.Upon completion, I received all the paperwork I needed to submit to MassSave for my rebates and to apply for the 7 year interest free loan. It required almost no effort on my part. I have already recommended Alvin Hollis to friends. My experience was outstanding!

Truly amazing. I've used them for my oil needs for six years, and they have helped me fix my plumbing problems too. Just recently we had AC installed. Jeff was great. He took the time to educate me on the options, and we were able to negotiate a quick start date to get it in before the heat of the summer. Then Gerry came and installed it, and was astounded by their knowledge, technical ability, and speed. I will use them of all my projects.
