Update: I went through the Mass Save program and was promised my rebate after the work was completed. I had to pay the rebate amount out of pocket and would be reimbursed once the invoice processed. It's been 4 months now and no one is helping to make sure I get back that money. Mass save has sent me countless letters denying my claim and somehow now no one is able to help me solve this. Extremely frustrated. I contacted the company again and they basically told me I'm on my own now. Even though their delay in availability to schedule my install ultimately led to me being denied the rebate, they are now unwilling to help me. Feels like they aren't interested in helping me any longer because they did the install and got paid already. Now that it's "my problem" with the rebate, suddenly no help is being given. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT GETTING MASS SAVE BENEFITS FOR YOUR INSTALL.

The three technicians arrived early in the day and were very professional, they finished a big install all in one day. I had 2 mini split units installed in my home and was very impressed with the entire process start to finish with this company! Highly recommend.

Marc shower up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I am currently selling my house and there was an issue with the upstairs being a lot hotter than downstairs. Marc thoroughly went through the system in a timely and proficient manner, pointed out what was needed, his recommendations and the reasons why. I feel very confident that his report will assist very much in the sale of the house and I can hand it over knowing I had an expert look things over. Thank you

11/22/21 Update. Have continued to use A PLUS. They are the best company I've ever dealt with. My technician, Mark was so knowledgeable and competent. I wish every service company could take a lesson from these people.

we had to have the furnace repaired when it went down and then had them come quote a new system for us. Super professional and reliable company.

Service was done very professionally. Marc even brought in a package that had been delivered to our home. Also gave tips on how to get the best performance out of our ac system. Highly recommend.

I like that I received notification on who would be coming to my house including a picture. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, found the problem, and explained the remedy in detail. I would definitely call them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.
