Called to have repairs done on my oil lines to my furnace, scheduled 2 weeks out and got a call the day before that they had to cancel and rescheduled the next week. Guy came out and did half the repair I asked for and said he had all the stuff to do the rest but didn't want to because it was raining and it was late said he could come back in the spring to finish it! I called the next day to speak with the owner and the woman said I would get a call back and never received one its been a week with still no response.
Ed Henry is a an outstanding HVAC technician. He explained everything to me in a way that understood. He was very friendly, professional and courteous of my property.
Our technician, Edward Henry, quickly repaired our problem and answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. He's been here before and is always pleasant and knowledgeable.
We were having no hot water or heat.. and Keith was sent to take a look. A day after, my whole basement was flooded and I’ve incurred large costs trying to fix my basement. Keith showed up that second day and “drained” water stating that the issue was resolved but that was not the case. We had to use a different company to replace the system and had to replace our carpets due to too much water damage. Despite having such a horrible experience, I’ve just received a $200 bill for who knows what.
Process from start to finish was great! Everyone was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. We had mini splits installed and are very happy with the quality of the unit. Highly recommend!

This is a very good company for anything hvac related. I have a split heating/AC unit. Would have no one else but A Plus to maintain. Truly, peace of mind for temp control within residence. Great experience with A Plus HVAC! We got 5 quotes for a complete gas furnace and central a/c replacement. We ended up choosing A Plus - and we're happy we did. From the owners on through the tech/install crew, everyone was professional and friendly. They did a great job - including a special request for a framed platform for the a/c. It came out great. Also, everything was cleaned up at the end. They explained everything, patiently answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way: including the MassSave HEAT program and even processing our MassSave rebates.
Matt came right on time for the appointment and took the time to explain questions. As I am getting multiple quotes - he explained what needed to be done. I walked away informed. I appreciate level of communication with the business.
