The guys were friendly, professional, and worked 10 1/2 hours in one day to get us converted from oil to propane. The guys were great-the company has been great!

A/C system repair: Christian called the night before after our A/C kept tripping the in-house circuit. He showed up early, EARLY, the next day and got to work. Our system was very old so he made suggestions on what we should try and what might not be cost effective. His repair worked for about an hour, then the whole thing essentially combusted. When I called back both front office staff were amazing trying to get someone else out and said no matter what Christian would call. He DID, after his shift!, and also offered to check back on a Saturday! Unfortunately we are now without A/C heading into a heatwave (through absolutely no fault of A Plus or Christian). We are now waiting on a call to get started on a whole new system Monday but I am confident A Plus has us covered.

Heat pump install: Will update this review but very happy with A Plus so far despite the unfortunate outcome.

Christian arrived at 8am for a maintenance/service call, was so polite, was unfortunately not able to perform the service due to the temp outside, he was able to get us rescheduled for later in the day the same day!! Came back at 2pm and was great! Our unit needs to be replaced and he was so knowledgeable of what was needed. I’m so glad I decided to go through a plus hvac!

Christian was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, he couldn't help fix my issue because it was not in the scope of what this company does (note: this was a referral through Home Depot, who messed it up, so the misstep doesn't reflect on this company). Christian made some great suggestions, though, so I'm off to pursue them. I was charged for the time, despite no resolution, BUT I was aware that I would be initially, so, the business was transparent about that from the get go.
I would use this company for any HVAC needs Iay encounter in the future because of great technicians like Christian. 👍

Amazing service. Very professional staff. I had my furnace installed by A plus HVAC. I could not have asked for a better service. Everyone is nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions and the installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to Lisa, Joe, Keith and all of the team for providing such a great service.

I recommend A+ for HVAC work without reservation. We solicited bids from several firms for an evaluation of our existing system and for upgrades. Matt came to my home and I was impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail (measuring rooms, computing heat load, etc) . He consulted with his boss while here and recommended a logical, cost effective solution tailored to our HVAC issues. Other vendors proposed cookie cutter solutions that were $10k more than A+.

A+ showed on time with all equipment, tools & staff needed (the A+ multiple notifications by email, text, etc was kinda over the top). The uniformed crew were professional and really knew what to do. They answered my questions "why are you doing this?" in a professional manner. Keeping a clean work site was a plus too.

My line of work before retirement included facility maintenance for buildings ranging in age from new to historic (200+ years old). I've hired dozens of contractors over the years and I would put A+ in the top 10% of all contractors I have worked with.

Am now going on the 4th visit to my property to troubleshoot and fix water leaking from the AC unit, they told me a needed a totally new unit for over 11k. Received a second opinion and it was a cracked drain pan. Paid for the annual cleaning and the guy that came out said the system wasn't even serviced. They never even looked in the unit, tried to tell me it was ice building up because the condenser was bad. There wasn't a speck of ice in there. Quick update*** had a new drain pan out in by another company for a couple hundred dollars and they problem has been fixed. Stay have from this incompetent company.
