We recently had central air installed. We had a wonderful experience. They were thorough, efficient, and professional!

I called numerous HVAC businesses/contractors and they were not responsive. I called APlus, they had a HVAC technician at my house the next day. I would do business with them again.

We had a natural gas fed hot water tank installed! Our other one was pouring water out the bottom and they got here earlier then we expected and got us back up and running quickly!! They were very clean and thorough and very nice to deal with!! We will be keeping them for the maintenance of our hot water tank and heating system!! I highly recommend this company, they definitely go out of their way to make their customers happy!!

Marc was professional and informative. He welcomed my questions and gave me his best answers.
When finished, he summarized what he did and what he found, and gave me suggestions for the future.

The team of technicians (John, William, and Jeffery) were extremely knowledgeable, did a great job with the installation and left no mess when the job was complete. The sales representative (Joe) was extremely informative as to ensuring that I purchased the unit that was best for my home and in the front office (Carmelo) was great with setting up the install and handling all the behind the scenes efforts!

A Plus installed a whole house system with Minisplits during the month of November 2022.
Their technicians were timely, friendly, very knowledgeable and did an amazing job.
They did all the legwork for the Mass Save rebate as well.
I highly recommend.

Repair work performed failed to correct the problem. Scheduled a return visit to resolve original issue and was told the original issue could not be repaired. In addition, I was disappointingly charged for the return visit and provided with a $2,400 estimate to resolve the issue that was supposedly “fixed” during first visit

Technician Henry was very professional, and knowledgeable. It takes good people to have a good company.
