We had a mini split heat pump system installed by A+ HVAC. Every bit of the process was extremely professional and easy. Not only did they design our system specifically to meet our needs. But they worked with us to obtain a special loan as well as the rebate offered for such a system.

The sales person did a great job, explaining everything we needed to know. The technicians were amazing, both in their work and their attitudes. They were on time in uniform, and they cleaned up as they went never leaving a mess at all. As soon as one hole was drilled, someone was there with a vacuum cleaner to clean up.

After the installation, the lead installer spent time with us, making sure we understood how to use the system, and he answered any questions that we might have.

I’m very glad we hired A+ HVAC, and will use them again if need be.

Nearly 5 months ago, A Plus HVAC installed a supplemental high-efficiency HVAC system to heat/cool an upper floor. A Plus offered me a variety of options to fit my budget and there was available financing. When the crew arrived to perform the installation, they worked diligently and completed the installation within the promised time. The system has been working great and the town inspector complimented the quality of the workmanship. I've also used A Plus HVAC to perform maintenance on my home's primary HVAC and the technician worked to the same standards. I highly recommend you consider using A Plus HVAC for your next project.

Ed came out to assess my furnace. Another company’s technician had said that my heat exchanger was compromised and I needed a new furnace which would of been $9k. Ed thoroughly checked my furnace to see if that was the case. I provided some details from the previous company report of where the issue was however, using his camera, he was not able to locate this issue. I really appreciated Ed’s professionalism, knowledge, but most importantly, his honest assessment. Great service! I’ll be using them again.

John and his crew were amazing! Honestly, the whole experience from start to finish has probably been the best and most streamlined experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Matthew was knowledgeable. friendly and efficient. Price of the new thermostat seemed a bit high. Diagnostic fee was very reasonable.

We've had problems with our drain line clogging up and causing water to leak out of the front of our head unit. We noticed it start leaking again late at night on a weekend and got in touch with Aplus' emergency line. They got a tech scheduled for early Monday morning and got the issue resolved. This specific tech was very knowledgeable and had many years in the business. Not only did he clean out the lines and make sure any obstructions were gone but he also recommended a few tips/tricks to keep it clean and hopefully solve the issue for good. Response time and professionalism are top notch with this company!

2/2 great experience with this company. Both times the techs that showed up were incredibly professional and friendly. They came in explained how they would accomplish the job and did it. Didnt drag it out and try to sell anything extra. I'd highly recommend the company and will use again for any HVAC needs

Out old furnace from 1985 finally started making really bad noises. So my wife called for an estimate. Matt showed up did his inspection and gave us the options. He was very nice and was very helpful on giving us the 3 best options and we figured out what worked for us. They do finance so we were able to go that route and did a new gas furnace unit and central air unit inside and A/C coil. They came yesterday right on time very good communication on when they were coming and who was gonna show up. Keith and his co-worker had the old beast of a furnace and all the old duct work out of the basement like nothing. They were both very organized and kept everything clean. Considering my basement isn't that great right now lol. They got the heat side running and came back today right on time and did all the final electrical install and the outdoor A/C coil assembly and finished the air intake duct work. Everyone that worked this job from the Keith and his co-worker to the electrician and the gentleman that made all the new duct work was excellent. Keith I still dont know how you didn't freeze to the ground putting that A/C coil in with the wicked wind and cold we had lmao. I will definitely be referring you guys to everyone that askes me who to call for HVAC work. Thank you all again it is greatly appreciated.

Our central AC was out 😡 We know almost every business is short on help but A Plus was able to fix the unit and get us back to staying cool The same day We have used them before and would have waited because we know they are dependable Keith was the tech he new the problem in no time and had the replacement part in his truck Thank You to Lisa, Kieth and everyone at A plus that makes it work You guys and girls ROCK
