Even after a busy day with record cold temperatures, George A. still made a great effort to come out and replace my toilet. Both George and the office staff were great communicators at advising me when he would arrive (including when they were delayed due to burst pipes). I strongly recommend George and Akian Plumbing.

Akian replaced my furnace and hot water tank with a high-efficiency boiler. Steve, the owner, gets personally involved at the front-end as well as inspecting the work as it was progressing. He spent a lot of time talking me through my options and answering my question. I never felt pressured. His team is also very professional with good communication throughout the project. They also use the latest technology to keep things organized and professional (like processing the contract via DocuSign). They are also great when things go wrong. The unit they first installed malfunctioned due to a manufacturing issue. The Akian team was able to secure a replacement unit the next day to finish the job as quickly as possible. The quality of the job was fantastic. Just look at the pictures. It is a piece of art. And they left everything in very clean condition. I would use Akian again.

A nice young man named Evan came and handled my pipes very well, they were quite clogged with years of build up. He was very smart, polite and efficient. He cleaned my pipes and made sure they worked great before he left. The office he works out of was amazing, from the minute i booked the job to the minute i paid i had clear communication with text alerts and i had no doubt in my mind i was getting a great value. Evan with Akian Plumbing is my hero and i wont ever use anyone else.

We had a plumbing emergency over the holidays. Called every plumber in the book and Akian was able to service us within a couple days (better than any of the others during a busy season).

Akian did a great job installing my new water heater. After setting up the service with Naomi and Evan R.--both of whom were very pleasant to work with, were exceptionally responsive to my needs and requests--I worked mostly with Tara, George and Dominic. Tara handled the administrative tasks amazingly efficiently and thoroughly. She was very helpful around my multiple scheduling needs---getting the new water heater installed when i had very little free time before I went on vacation, for example. Meanwhile, George and Dominic installed the water heater. Besides being courteous and accommodating, they knew their stuff. They put in a better brand heater than I have had the the past, explained its features and workings, and cleaned up thoroughly. They too were very agreeable and a pleasure to work with. All in all, Akian left me feeling that I was in good hands. In my view, Akian is a well-run professional company that I will use again, should a need arise.

Both of the professionals from Aiken Plumbing, Jessica and Dominic were knowledgeable and both the engineer and technician provided precise plumbing repairs and assorted product installations completed at my residence. My assorted projects were fixed completely, competently and reviewed work with me at the end of the service appointment. I will be referring them to friends!

Jessica probed and investigated my plumbing problem, and came up with the answer! Her knowledge of plumbing systems, her dedication, and her thorough explanations were right on! I will ask for her again, if I need Akian's Services another time. Excellent!

I had to buy the faucet which I did at Frank Webb in Watertown. Akian's plumber charged me $712.00 to install this basic faucet in the bathroom. ( $79.00 deposit plus an additional $633.00)
Never again will we use or recommend Akian!!
I would like to apologize to Akian Plumbing. At the time I didn't realize that they also had changed a shut off valve. After reviewing everything that was a very fair price. They even gave me a refund of $100.00. I would recommend them & will call them in the near future when needed.
I would give them 4 1/2 stars.
