Great experience! I was able to quickly book an appointment with Akian Office assistant Naomi who was friendly, expeditious & listened carefully to me describe complex HVAC leak problem.

The Akian engineers, Barry and Evan arrived on time & carefully, astutely evaluated our aging HVAC system where leak occurred. They were were friendly and highly professional & came into our condo with masks, gloves and booties on. Most importantly, they did an amazing job quickly diagnosing a complex HVAC problem in our aging luxury high rise condominium in Boston, that others had failed to diagnose. The invoice was surprisingly fair & reasonable. We shall be using Akian going forward. Thanks Akian! ES

We had old faucet that was leaking and I requested to replace to a new one. They only fixed it not replacing it and charged me $488. I still have old faucet but now leaking.

I had a faucet and sink issue and I reviewed the online reviews of everyone else and they seemed very responsive and professional. I contacted them and had an appointment within a very short period of time. Uri and George were excellent in determining the problem, explaining the problem to me who knows nothing about plumbing, and providing fair estimates for the work that was to be completed. They perform the work on the spot and the price met the estimate. They also left it very clean and were very quiet as I was working in the other room. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
