I wrote my review listed below out of frustration because I had reached out to several plumbing companies, I either didn't get a response or a response that they wouldn't come out to my unit. I took Akian Plumbing's rejection personally which is my fault. Tara, the customer service manager took the time to personally call me to get an understanding of what happened and I got an understanding from their perspective why they don't service certain areas. Anyways, really appreciate this conversation and commend them for being excellent/caring with customer service.

I called them to schedule an estimate to my unit. No one called me back. I used their website today to schedule an estimate and got a text back that they don't serve my area. Although on their website they say they serve Boston, but not Mattapan even though Mattpan is a part of Boston. Not sure why this is. Overall a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Excellent service. George was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Explained everything and expertly fixed the problem.

Evan was friendly, professional and reliable! He came back twice in less than 24hrs to complete a project. Would definitely call them again!

Uriel Ramirez was an A+ plumber and professional, even asking if I wanted him to remove his shoes! Fixed everything so quickly and was really polite and explained the issues easily enough for me (who knows zero about plumbing) to understand and made sure I was satisfied with the fix before leaving. Will be using again for any plumbing needs, and recommending to others in the area.
